Season 2 Chapter 7: Blast From The Past

After a quiet morning, Yoongi took Yoomi to school.

After I clean the dishes I plop myself onto the couch.

A few seconds later I feel someone sit beside me.

Jimin: Are you okay?

Y/N: Not really.

Jimin: Start talking.

Y/N: I'm worried about Yoomi. She didn't say a word this morning except for when Yoongi asked if she had broken up with the boy and she said yes. That's it. That's all she said. And she didn't even eat breakfast this morning.

I sigh and rest my head on his shoulder.

Y/N: What am I going to do Oppa?

Jimin: Everything will be okay Y/N.

Y/N: I hope so.

~Yoongis POV~

The car ride was really quiet.

Yoomi has her headphones in and you could hear the music coming from them.

All she did was stare out the window.

Once we arrived to the school, she grabs her bag and gets out of the car, slamming the door.

Yoongi: Love you too.

I sigh and was about to drive away until something caught my eye.

It was him.

The kid from the other night.

He was standing by the front door with a group of what I assume was his friends.

I feel anger start to form in my stomach.

Once Yoomi starts walking up the stairs to the door he looks at her.

He didn't look too happy.

Once she gets to the door she walks straight past him.

He turns his view back to his friends and he runs his hand through his hair in frustration.

I find myself smiling.

I might be being a little selfish but I don't care.

When it comes to my daughter dating anyone I'll be the most selfish person alive.

I left my thoughts when I heard the asshole behind me beep their car horn at me.

Turns out I was holding up the line.

But I didn't care.

You know what I did instead?

Come at me again bitch.

I pull out of the school and head straight to work.

This is going to be a long day.
