Chapter 10

Luke and I stood in front of Amy, the lady who runs this whole place, covered in flour. She didn't look happy, but then again Amy never looks happy.

"A flour fight in the kitchen?" She spits and then turns to me. "Not a good first impression, Alaska." Now she turns to Luke. "I would think you'd have learned a lesson or two by now."

She was pissed and I could practically see the steam coming out of her ears. Personally, I thought raging people were hilarious, but I held back my laughter so I wouldn't get in more trouble than I already was.

Amy let out a long sigh. "One night in the cell for you two. Maybe there you'll learn a lesson." She turned to two men and nodded at them. I didn't know what that body language meant, but the men were huge and approaching me.

Each one of the men grabbed a hold of Luke and I and led us out of Amy's office. When I looked over to Luke, he was smirking at me.

I couldn't help but wonder what the cell was. The name was more like self explainable, but it was probably worse than it seemed. I just hoped Luke would be with me and not be in a separate holding cell.

The man let go of my arm and unlocked the door. He held it open for Luke and I as we entered and then slammed it shut without a word. The room was dark and the only source of light was the moon shining through a small barred window. There wasn't a bed, a sink, a toilet or anything for that matter. It was just Luke, myself and a large cement cell.

I sighed and sunk to the floor holding my knees up to my chest. "This place sucks."

Luke sat down next to me. "A few days ago, you were saying this place was Neverland."

I shrugged. A few days ago, I was sure this place was the Neverland they were pointing me to. But now that I'm inside, it's a hell hole. Luke is the only source of sanity in this whole place and if I was stuck in a cell with anyone else, I would die.

"I think Neverland is you, Luke." I covered my mouth once the words slipped. Luke will probably think I'm some sappy love fuck now.

Way to go, Alaska.

Luke pushed a strand of hair away from my face. I could see his eyes from the moonlight. They were so blue and beautiful, I could stare at him forever.

"You look cute when you blush, Sunshine." His voice was raspy and sexy. My gosh I could listen to his voice forever.

"I-I'm not blushing." I gulped. Luke laughed and leaned closer to me. My eyes glances down to his lips and then back to his eyes.

"It's just you and I for the next twenty four hours. Can you handle that, sunshine?" Before I could reply, Luke pressed his lips to mine.

He rested his hand on the small of my back and at that moment I forgot that we were in a dark, musty cell. The hands of time stopped as our lips moved together in sync. His lips were soft and warm and the coolness of his lip ring brought me back to reality. It was a sweet kiss, but the simplicity of our kiss soon transformed into something much more.

He slid his tongue along my bottom lip and I opened my mouth in response. Our tongues danced together and he tasted like the mint toothpaste we all use. I moved my hands from my side up to Luke's head and played with his hand. He scooped me up onto his lap and moved his hands low on my back.

Luke was first to pull away for a moment to breath. He bit my lip playfully and smiled before indulging back into our lips.

Our positions altered and Luke was now hovering over me as I lay on the hard concrete floor. Man, I wish there was a soft bed under us or something. He stopped kissing my now swollen lips and began sucking on my collar bone. I let out a soft moan and Luke smirked, knowing that he had found my weak spot.
