I was currently sitting in a fancy restaurant alongside with Adekunle, who was on his phone.

It all started when Joshua and Luke came to visit me, my stepbrother told my parents that he visited me, when I awoke the next morning my dear stepmother called me and informed me that I must go out with Adekunle, saying that I need to be seen with him before we get married.

Talking about getting married, my wedding is the day after tomorrow, and I just want to die. To make matters worst, I have been experiencing terrible cramps and morning sickness.

The waiter came in, ready to get our orders, with a bow he acknowledged our titles, before he spoke up, "are you ready to order, your majesties?"

Adekunle looked up and mumbled, "I'll have what she's having."

I rolled my eyes and said my order.

I don't know who he is forming for, acting all 'I'll have what she's having' bullshït, what the hell?

"So are you done texting your girlfriend? Not like I care bu-"

"Can you just shut up? So what if I'm texting my girlfriend? It's not your bloody business. . . After we are done eating, we have to take pictures and post it on social media, for your mother's sake."

Oh my God! How do I look?! Wait, what am I even wearing?! Ah!

He looked at me, as if he remembered something, I let out a scoff whilst he gripped unto my hands. He inhaled sharply and let go of my hand before bending on one knee, he brought out a small black box and opened it revealing a beautiful diamond ring.

Awwwn!

"Eh eh, don't get any ideas into your big head. Yea, you will marry me," he dismissed and slid the ring into my fingers.

My lips were parted, still in shock. . . I just sat there gawking like a deer. I didn't even realize the other people in the restaurant clapping and whistling for us, some were even taking videos.

Kiss him! And use this to show him that his kisses don't mean shît. A silly voice said.

I groaned in annoyance and pulled him into a sweet kiss, he stood rigid probably shocked by my gesture. I pulled his face closer, making him take control of the kiss, as usual I melted in his arms.

I pulled away with a smirk, before speaking, "Don't get any ideas Adekunle, I was just doing this for the cameras, I will never ever love you. By the way, I think you need a new toothpaste," I said winking at him.

He let out a hiss, just as he was about to start throwing insults at me the waiter came in with our mouth watering meals.

I quickly thanked the waiter and dug in, not sparing a glance at Adekunle, I could feel his gaze burning in my head.

That's how it's done ladies.
