When I finally came back around, I was laying in a hospital bed. My head was killing me and and I was parched beyond belief.

"Hangover?" Niall asked. He was in a chair next to me. I nodded and sat up some. My right hand felt wierd and I looked down a the bright red cast on my right arm. I couldn't move my wrist or any of the fingers exept for my thumb.

"Are they broken?"

"Three of them are." I nodded and inspected the cast. There was a black mark on the bottom of my wrist and I turned it over to see Niall's signature on it. I smiled at it and looked at him.

"Really?" I asked. He smiled and shrugged. I crawled out of bed and rubbed my head, which was killing me. "Can I get out of here?" He nodded and lead me out of the hospital. I tried to wiggle my fingers, but they were too restrained. This was going to bother me.

"So, how did you break your fingers anyway?" Niall asked as we stepped out the back door.

"I lost my temper and punched the hell out of my door," I mumbled as we climbed into his jeep. Niall didn't seem too suprised. I do tend to lash out when I drink. I'm suprised I didn't lash when I was drunk. Or maybe I did and I didn't remember it. I don't know, this wasn't helping my throbbing head.

"Niall, you trust me right?" I asked.

"Of coarse I do Zayn."

"So, if something was going on with me, you would want me to tell you, right?"

"Absolutely."

"Well, there's this girl."

"Perrie?" I grit my teeth at the sound of her name.

"No, another girl. Her name is Gabe."

"Gabe?"

"Yes. And she's kind of... following me."

"LIke, in a fangirl kind of way or a creepy stalker who watches you when you sleep kind of way."

"The second one."

"Shit." I stared at Niall in shock. He almost never cusses. "Has she hurt you?"

"Physically; no," Niall looked at me, worry in his eyes. "She's just freaking me out, and I'm terified." Niall looked back at the road, his hands tightening around the wheel. I fell back into the seat and stared at the road in front of us. Niall was scared for me now.

"Do you want to stay with me for a while?" I shook my head. I was scared to get the others involved. They could get hurt and it would kill me if anything happened to my mates. I once again tried to move my fingers. Nothing happened again. I was really frustrated now. I growled at the cast, causing Niall to laugh.

"I might end up ripping this off myself," I growled. Niall laughed again. "How long do I need this thing on anyway?"

"A month. Which remindes me, you shouldn't drive until the cast comes off and your painkillers are in my pocket." I'm on painkillers? Did I hurt myself that bad?

"Can you not tell the other guys about this? Harry'll be mad and Louis will go all Daddy Direction on me." Niall smiled.

"Not a problem." He pulled up to my house and stopped the jeep. "Do you want me to stay over? Gabe might be here." I undid my seatbelt and popped the door open.

"No, I'll be okay. I'll call you if I need anything." Niall nodded as I hopped out of the jeep. He dorve off as I walked in my front door. The silence in the house when I walked in was a little frightening, but I knew Gabe was probably here. She was hiding until she found the perfect moment to scare me. I walked into the kitchen and made a glass of water. It was nearly imposible because of my hand, but I did it without making too much of a mess. I sipped some water when I remembered something: Niall has my painkillers. I set the glass down and picked up my land line. I punched in 2 and waited for Niall to pick up.

"Hello?" he asked after the second ring.

"Sorry to bug you, but you still have my meds."

"Crap, I do. Sorry about that, I'll be right there."

"No problem. See you in a little bit." I ended the call and hung the phone back up. I picked u the cup and swallowed the rest of the water. My head still hurt some, but it was a little better then it was. I wandered into the living room and my eyes landed on the pool outside. Gabe was there, floating around in the deeper end. My fingers ached as I walked over to the sliding glass doors. I probably needed my painkillers right now.

I slid the door open carefully and slowy walked out to the pool. Gabe ducked under and resurfaced, pushing her wet, blonde hair from her face. She turned and her eyes landed on me.

"Hey Zayn," she said happily. I think this girl is bipolar, because this morning she looked like she wanted to kill me. I sat in a patio chair as she climbed out of the pool. I stared at her as she squeezed the water from her hair. She was wearing a red and white-striped bikini, and she looked really good in it. Gabe grabbed a towel and wrapped it around her wet shoulders.

"I need some answers," I said as she walked over and sat in the chair across from me. She was a little hesitate, but agreed to let me ask.

"Ask away."

"Okay, why are you following me?"

"Oh, I'm not." I cocked my head a little to the side.

"Um, yes you are. You were at Harry's and you were just in my pool!" I yelled. She giggled and messed with her hair. What does she mean she's not following me?

"Just ask another question."

"Okay, um, why are you here?"

"That's kind of hard to explain."

"How is it hard to explain?" I asked as the doorbell rang. "It's open!" I yelled. Gabe wrapped the towel tighter around her. "Please don't run off, I need someone to belive me."

"That's what I need to talk to you about Zayn."

"Who are you talking to?" Niall asked as he walked next to me. Gabe glanced at me nervously.

"Niall, this is Gabe," I said excitedly. She's finally been caught! Niall looked at Gabe strangly.

"Where is she?" he asked, accent thick with confusion. I looked from him to Gabe.

"This is what I needed to talk to you about," she whispered to me. Niall knelt down next to me.

"Are you alright?" he asked nervously. I stared at Gabe, who looked like she wished she could turn invisable. Or maybe she already was.

"Dude, Gabe is right in front of us!" I yelled, pointing at Gabe. Niall stroked my hair lightly.

"Zayn, please calm down some." My breathing was fast and I felt lightheaded from it.

"Ni, she's right here. She as blonde hair and green eyes."

"Zayn, I'm the only blonde here. We're alone. There is no girl here."
