This is just a joke and not serious so don't think I hold this close to me heart or whatever...
"How about.. Minhyuk's Cat??" You reply sarcastically.
It was obvious to you that the cat had clearly chosen Minhyuk as it's favourite already even though the kitten was initially bought for you.
"Don't be jealous~~", he said teasingly as he stroked the unnamed cats white fur.
"I'm not!" You huffed childishly.
"Erm.. how about.. Artemis like the cat in Sailor Moon??" Minhyuk suggested excitedly, bringing his attention back to the cat.
Any other time Minhyuk would have pinched you cheek or patted your head and told you that he loved you cutely to make you feel better, but this time you were left with your slightly sour mood.
He only cared about the cat.
"Ok, Artemis it is then."
The evening rolled around and Minhyuk was still found on the living room floor, cross legged, laughing happily, while the home wrecker was running and pouncing around him, almost taunting you.
For a second, you and the cat in question made intense eye contact and you swear you saw the cat smirk at you with an evil gaze. This cat was coming for you. You had to get out of there before your face was scratched off.
You got up off the sofa abruptly, mumbled something about getting a drink and then looked at Minhyuk to see if he noticed, only to see him still infatuated by the animal running rings around him.
You were too busy watching Minhyuk to see if he'd take any notice in you while making your way to the kitchen, to not see the feline slip under your foot as you took your next step. You tumbled forward, painfully onto your knee as the cat made the most unholy noise you had ever heard.
"arTEMIS!!! D:", you heard Minhyuk shout.
Wtf did he not just see you almost lose your life?? Cats have nine lives so why does it matter if it loses one?? You only have one life so shouldn't he be more concerned about you??
You managed to scoot your salty ass back towards the wall as you cradled your poor knee carefully, while fighting back tears.

Your knee hurt but your boyfriend prioritising a cat over you hurt more.
Suddenly, you felt a hand grabbing yours and then a sharp sting on your fresh wound. You sucked in a pained breath and the hand stroked yours regretfully and sympathetically.
"I'm sorry, but I have to clean it..", Minhyuk whispered as he proceeded to bandage you up before leaving a small peck on your covered knee.
"Do you really think I'd leave you for Artemis?"
You looked down guiltily. He was right.. you were jealous.
"I put him back in his box for now but I'll let him back out in a few minutes and when I do you two will have to get along, okay?" He said as he wrapped his arm around you. "He is yours after all."
