"Okay, we can do that, we'll look at stuff later, now I suggest we make a list of rules, punishment and rewards, okay love?" Louis asked. Harry nodded and went to search two papers and two pencils so they could start a new begin.

Harry came back and sat down again. He handed a paper and pencil to louis. "We will both write rules we think are necesary. Okay love?" Louis asked. "Yes, but how many should we put?" Harry answered. "As many as you can think of, but not to many." Louis said. Harry nodded and began writing, just like louis.

After a while they stopped and went over the rules they think would fit. "Okay I will start,
rule 1: be always polite, we don't want naughty little boys.
2: ask for things, daddy can't read your mind
3: no kicking, hitting or biting
4: if you went potty, you emmediatly tell daddy
5: never lie to daddy.
6: always listen to daddy
"If you don't follow the rules then you will be punished." Louis said. " I do think these rules are good but can I add some?" Harry asked. Louis nodded. "I think that there has to be a rule that daddy has to be calmed down before he punishes, because that can create scenes we don't want if you're still angry." Harry explained. "Yes that's a good idea, we will add this one, and I do think we need a safeword too, in case if you're punishment is to hard." Louis said. Harry nodded with a blush. "So this are our rules, now we need punishments. I will write some, and you do to." Louis said. "Okay daddy." After a while, they had finished.

"Umm can I begin daddy?" Harry asked. Louis nodded. "Umm so I think, time out, no cuddles, maybe if I was really bad umm s-spanking." Harry said but wispered the last part and blushed. "Okay, I think those are good, especially the spanking one and time out because those are on my list as well, but I'm not sure about no cuddles because I don't think that's really a punishment, I thought more like no attention or being ignored would fit more, I also got a few more, there can always be add but I will always ask if it's alright with you, so I got mouthwashing, toys taking away, early bedtime, no sweet snacks, what do you think?" Louis said. "They are good, not that I would enjoy them." Harry said. "Baby, punishments are not for your pleasure, It's to discipline you to be a better person." Louis explained. Harry found himself enjoying the nickname louis have him. "Okay daddy, now rewards?." Harry asked while looking at louis with hopefull eyes. "Yes my love." Louis answered.

After about 10minutes they were finished. "I think rewards could be, later bedtime, a date, a new stuffie or toy, new baby stuff, sweet snacks. Things like this, do you agree?" Louis asked. Harry nodded and screamed " Stuffies yeeee.". Louis chuckled at his baby. "So now we are going to look for baby things on my laptop okay love?" Louis asked. "Okay daddy." Harry answered. "I also had a question for you, what are we going to do if we get stuff because I don't have place to set them here?" Harry asked. "Well we could put them at my house, I have a few spare rooms so if you're little you can come to my house." Louis explained. "O-okay daddy." Harry said nervous.
"Let's begin the research." Louis said.
