Chapter 8 Epilogue

I told my Grandma what I want for my wedding and to my surprise, Khan's mom came into the boutique too. Khan told her we finally are moving in together after I left him and my Grandpa. We had a nice long chat and I believe my mother-in-law to be, really likes me. On my way out, I see my mom stop and I just get into my car and drove away. I'm not going to let her ruin my day. I go back to the squad room and get the news we caught a new case and that Khan will fill me in at home. I sit at my desk to tidy it a bit when I get the little note between two pieces of paper. I touch the paper and immediately know it's from Khan.

Wow...he is more romantic than when he was just my secret admirer. I look up and catch his eyes above his pc monitor. I don't have to see the rest of his face, to know that he's smiling. I smile and look away. I know I'm blushing therefore I keep myself busy until it's time to leave. Eli and Diete stand hand in hand in the office and Micheal kisses Emma, who came to get him from work today. Tariq and Charlotte are in a lip lock and everyone tries to get out of the office as if they cannot wait to be alone with their mates. Khan takes my hand and walks out to our cars and I know the others are looking at us while they get ready to leave. Next to my car he stops me from getting into my car by pulling me into his arms and I'm shocked. He likes to keep things private, but this is definitely not private, we're in public and I know this is my punishment for running from him in front of the others earlier today. He doesn't give me a chance to struggle before he kisses me and I forget about everything and everyone around us. The world stood still for a while until Danté and Micheal start to cheer. Khan lifts his head and I turn my blushing face into his chest as I hear him speak to me. "I think that was the most appropriate punishment don't you think so?" I laugh but I'm still not able to look at the other people getting into their cars, laughing and cheering. "Come Hell-Cat, I love having you in my arms like this, but we have your belongings to move. I also would much more like it if I have you alone when you are in my arms again."

With all my things in my car, I write two notes to Myra and Willow thanking them for all their help. I put an amount for the hire of the house in Willow's envelope and an amount for the food that Myra bought me in her envelope, and then I drop it in the fairy box outside the house on the porch. I know they will get it there, no one will try to steal from a witch. Khan tails me in his truck and at his house he opens the two garage doors so we can park our cars. When I get out of my car he opens the door into the house from the garages with a code and turns back to grab the first of my suitcases. "Leave the suitcases and other boxes, I'll take that. You just take the few boxes with groceries and veggies and put it away in the kitchen." I don't say anything, I feel quite awkward to enter his house. He must have read my thoughts or seen my hesitance, because he puts the suitcases down and turns to me in the kitchen. He walks straight up to me pulls me by my hand towards the garage and when I'm just through the door he picks me up bridal style. "Khan are you crazy put me down, I'm not light as a fairy you know." He laughs and looks down at me. "Babe, you're really as light as a fairy to me. Stop your fussing. I'll carry you over the thresh hold as it is tradition. We may not be married yet, but from this moment on, this is your house as it is mine. I'll give you all the codes of the doors and show you all the security features as soon as we settled you in. For now just humor me please?" He steps through the door and then puts me down to kiss me. "Welcome home Love." I feel a bit better and smile. "Thank you." I pack all the groceries away and when I want to ask him which room is mine I see him going into his room with my last two suitcases. "Hey, where are you going with my suitcases, there must be enough space for it in my room?" He doesn't answer and as I stand in his doorway I see all my suitcases in the big walk-in closet where he drops the last two. He looks at me when he comes out of the closet. "This is your room Love, there's no way I'm going to be with you in this house without sharing the same room. You are mine and it doesn't matter if we're mated or not. You're staying in the master bedroom as it's the proper thing to do." I blush and he pulls me into his arms. He feels how tense I am and he starts to kiss my lips, the corner of my mouth, my cheek, my ear and down my neck. I shiver and hold onto his biceps while he turns me into one jelly mess. "I'm going to enjoy getting to know you intimately Love. You're so sensitive to my touch and the sparks still fly between us, making it even more exhilarating to hold you in my arms." I don't know what to say, so I just relax and enjoy the feelings he invokes in me. My head rolls to the side and I feel his teeth scraping my neck. The feelings get even more intense and I moan, which makes him growl. I feel hot all over and I have feelings like in my dreams of him. "Please Khan, just do it? Mark me?" He growls and picks me up, carrying me to the bed and lay me down. "This is not how I wanted to do it Love, but I cannot stay away anymore. I have to mark you now. The Lycan in me are clawing my insides to have you as his mate. Open your mind for me Babe and feel what I feel at this moment." I open my mind and I see all this erotic pictures in my head. It turns me on even more and I pull his face into my neck moaning. He licks my neck once, before I feel his incisors lengthen and entering my neck. His bite is like an aphrodisiac and I feel like I want to rip my clothes off at once so hot am I and it's getting hotter by the second. He calms me down a bit through our mind link. "Calm down Love, I'm going to hurt you if you move so much. Relax for me?" I'm a bit calmer and when he licks the bite mark on my neck I can't believe the words out of my mouth but it's out and I don't think it matters anymore. "I want you Khan, now. I'm feeling like I'm burning from the inside out. Please I need...I'm not sure what but I..." He kisses me and lifts his head. His eyes are glowing like a fire and his own body is hotter than usual. "I know love and I'm not sure why but you went into heat the moment I bit you. It's something that should have only happened a week or two after I marked you. It's going to become intolerable if we don't mate now. You won't be able to concentrate or work if we don't get this heat down. Come take a cold shower while I get you something cold to drink." I want to shout at him to just mate with me and get it over, but I feel ashamed at my lustful thoughts. He laughs. "Don't be ashamed of what you feel Babe, its normal and it's this exact reason that Lycan's behaving like Eli and Diete did the other day. The attraction is too much to stay away from each other. Eli marked Diete and she started to go into heat only after a day. You're not just Lycan so that's probably why you went into heat immediately when I marked you." Hell I don't care about why it happened immediately; I just need him like in now, period. He picks me up and carries me to the shower where he strips me and himself in record time. The cold water sizzles on my hot skin and I feel a little bit of relieve. He washes my hair and body and I cannot believe how erotic this is. What's supposed to be just a shower turns into so much more. I take the soap and start to wash him too and as my hand slip over his muscles I start to heat up again. He takes the soap out of my hands and puts it away. He rinses us both and turns of the shower before he picks me up, my legs go around his waste and I feel his arousal. "Khan..." He looks at me and kisses me. "Don't say anything please Babe, I need to be calm when I make you mine. I don't want to hurt you. You're arousal makes me crazy, I feel I just want to take you like a wild animal and then I'm going to hurt you. It's your first time and I want you to remember it as something special, not something brutal." I nod and keep quiet. He takes a big towel and dries me a bit when he puts me down on the bed. He doesn't bother to dry himself he just go down on me starting to kiss me all over. I become feverish and hotter than before the shower. A few hours later I wake up and it feels as if I'm burning up. He's lying on his side with me crushed against his front. I cannot believe this big muscled man was so gentle with me and that I'm officially mated to him. When I start to move his eyes open and he smiles a very sexy but also possessive smile. "Hello Love, how are you feeling?" I answer him by letting my hands glide over his abdomen downwards. He laughs but looks concerned too. "Again Love? It's too soon, you must be still sore. I wasn't as gentle as I should have been, you're extremely hot and a little wild cat and I got carried away too." I smile and wrap my hand around him making him growl and pulling me on top of him. "You're going to be the death of me Babe, but I love every moment with you." Needless to say, that we made love the whole evening and a few times through the night too. In the early morning hours we had a wonderful spa bath together in the hot tub outside on the back porch. He made us a big breakfast while I lay in the tub on his command and relax my sore body.
