~Lucy's p.o.v.~

Natsu and I were talking with Gray and Happy, I kept feeling like someone was staring at me, I would look up but see no one. Soon it felt like the gaze intensified and I started shifting uncomfortably,

"Hey, you ok Luce?" Natsu asked

"No, I feel like someone is watching me.." I said.

Natsu, Gray, and Happy looked around then Natsu and Happy huddled together and started whispering

"What do you think? Is there a term for Lucy's condition?"

"Aye, it looks like a text book case of an excessive ego"

"You know I can hear you right!?" I yell at the two.

Soon I see Erza walking over, she glares at Natsu and sits between us. Gray starts laughing and pointing at us, tears were flowing out of his eyes

"Hahahahahaha!!! Oh- Oh- Erza just totally cock-blocked you two!!! Hahahahaha!!!" Gray was laughing really hard

"cock-block?" I mumbled and put a finger to my chin.

"Oh it's nothing to worry about Lucy" I heard Erza say as she shoots a glare at Gray who immediately shut up,

"So Lucy, do want to go on a job?" Erza asked me.

"Sure! Come on Gray let's go pack!" Natsu said,

"Alone" Erza says darkly and growled making the two shiver and sit back down.

"Uh... sure Erza" I say nervously,

"Why can't we go?!" Natsu whined.

"Because Lucy and I, unlike you two who are joined at the hip, don't get to hang out" Erza said,

Natsu usually would back down from the look Erza was giving him but he held firm.

"We aren't joined at the hip, if we were you would have torn us apart when you sat between us, in which would have caused Luce a tremendous amount of pain" Natsu spat back.

Gray and I were looking between the two, who were murderously glaring at each other. Gray leaned over to me,

"Wow, Natsu's not backing down, is he asking for a death wish?" Gray asked

"I'm not sure" I whispered back.

"Why do you seem so jealous? You know I only see Luce as a sister" Natsu snapped, pain shot through my heart

"ooo that's gotta sting" Gray whispered to me again,

I got up. "I-I'm not jealous! Why would I be jealous!?" Erza asked,

I ran away before I could hear Natsu's response. I heard Gray and Happy call after me but I ignored them, then their voices were soon followed by Erza and then Natsu. Then I heard feet hitting the ground behind me, I turned behind me and saw all 4 of them chasing after me.

Natsu was the closest while the others were far behind us, he grabbed my shoulder and turned me to face him. My eyes were leaking pretty badly so his eyes widened as he pulled me into a hug,

"Luce? Why are you crying?" I pushed him away.

"Because of you, you dense idiot!" I screamed and continued to run away into the forest,

I tried to wipe my tears away but they just kept falling. I looked behind me and didn't see him or the others, I saw my usual get away tree and climbed it. There was a branch that was pretty thick so I got up and sat on it, that branch led to a human sized hole in the tree.
