Never say those things

"This is probably a Stupid idea,but.."

Prefacing a statement with a qualifier weakens the idea.Being confident in a questionable idea yields better result than being apologetic.

What to say instead:" I have an idea I'd like some feedback on..."

Gets the same message across and shows you are open to critique.
