5) Don't believe you suck, you dumb, are worthless,are stupid, are too thin, are too old, are too young, are too tired, are too weak. You are non of those things unless you make the mistake of believing what people think and say about you. This is your life. Not theirs. So why do you care about what others think? Do they write your exam? Do they pay your bill? Do they come to save your ass when you're in trouble? Hell no! So, say Bye bye to them. I don't give a f***! (I am seriously telling this to me!😆)
6)Don't believe you are alone.Don't believe no one is watching. Don't believe no one is listening. This is true whether you view it in a spiritual sense or not. People are noticing you, even if you are a mere glance in a crowd.
7)Don't believe commercials. They are all BS.
