Part 10: Shy

Y/N P.O.V:

"So it took you both over two hours to get here? People actually travel that far too see us?" Taehyung said in shock.

"Yep people from all over the place have traveled to see you guys, your a lot bigger now than you were last time you did a concert for the last album you dropped." Alice said happily reassuring him.

"Wow... that's so cool... Maybe next time we can travel more so that we can see more people and so that people don't have to travel less." Taehyung said giving Yoongi a square smile.

"Yep, we can ask our manager and the other guys. It'd be great to meet more people, we can even try and do it under this album even if it's a one off venue thing." Yoongi replied back with a gummy smile.

"You should use it as a chance to travel too." Alice said involving herself, the three happily chatting away.

Ugh I need to pull myself together, why am I being so awkward.

Maybe if I go for a quick walk it'll make me less nervous.

I don't even know why I'm nervous to begin with.

"I'm going to get a drink, does anyone want one?" I asked trying to be polite.

"Yes please." Alice and Taehyung both said in unison before laughing.

"I'll help you carry them." Yoongi said getting up.

"It's okay I got it." I quickly responded.

"Three drinks and two hands don't match up too well." He said before laughing a little giving me a smile.

"Let's go get some drinks." He said starting to walk causing me to shyly follow behind him.

"Their so cute." I heard Alice say as I walked out the door with Taehyung agreeing.

"You doing okay?" Yoongi said breaking the silence.

"Yep, are you?" I asked back not really knowing what to say.

"Yep. You're really shy in person aren't you." He said giving me a friendly gummy smile.

Cute...

Ugh I need to stay focused on the conversation and not him.

"I guess." I responded panicking a bit.

He called me out on it.

"It's cute." He said before giving me a quick glance before carrying on walking with a smile.

"What you think is cute I find annoying." I said back feeling guilty for not being able to have a better conversation.

"Well I think it's cute and I respect the fact that your putting so much effort in." He said casually.

He noticed...

Jeez most girls would have passed out by now seeing his attention for detail and compliments.

"I want to talk I'm just not sure how in person..." I said my voice trailing off as I felt my heart beat increase.

He gently placed his hand on my head stopping us from walking before saying "You don't need to force yourself to talk if you don't feel comfortable yet. We may talk online but being in person is different so just take your time."

He's so considerate.

My heart.

He's trying to comfort me.

"Thank you." I said giving him a warm smile which he happily returned.

"Let's take out time getting the drinks and walking back." He proposed, me clearly being fine with it due to it being the original plan.

My goal for the next few days: come out of my shell.

I already regret this decision.
