Your POV:
I slowly open my eyes to be blinded by the morning Sun shining through the window of our bedroom.
I looked over to the side of me to find my beloveded husband Arthur peacefully sleeping next to me.
Today was the day it was now 5 years sense we have been married.
I got out of bed and quietly headed to the kitchen to make him a special breakfast for the occasion.
I made it to the kitchen and started making eggs and bacon.
When I finished I neatly set everything on the table
"*Yawn* Good morning" My husband said as he left the bedroom dressed in his suite for work.
"Good morning sweetie!" I said and walked over to kiss him on the cheek.
"Oh did you make all this?!" Arthur asked looking at the table.
"Yep!" I said.
"I really lucky to have married such a good chef! If you would like i could make you something one of these days" He said.
"NO!!!THE KITCHEN IS MINE!!!" I replied.
I loved Arthur but his cooking was so terrible i couldn't let him cook. I never had the heart to tell him either.
"Why, love?" He asked confused.
"Um... I mean I just really love to cook you know and...yeah" I said with an awkward smile.
"I see", He said.
"...Anyway do you remember what today is?" I asked.

"Oh thats right!" Arthur said as a light bulb came on over his head.
I smiled. I was worried he'd forget.
"Today's Tuesday i have to give that meeting with my boss... Thanks for reminding me sweetie!" Arthur said as my smile faded.
Did he really forget what today was.
"S-sure no problem..." I replied.
"I should probably get to work early today anyway, I'm sorry but do you mind eating this lovely breakfast by yourself love?" He asked.
"S-sure", I said.
"I'm sorry love. I'll see you when I get home today" Arthur said then kissed my forehead and headed out.

Timeskip
after this morning i cried myself to sleep. I had just woken up and glanced over to my clock. it was 4:30 Arthur should be home by now. I pulled myself out of bed and left the room to look for him
as I left our bedroom and came into the living room i was greeted with a bouquet of roses and my husband smiling.
"Happy Anniversary love" He said smiling at me.

"...I thought you forgot", I said looking at him astonished.
"How could I forget? I just wanted to surprise you" he said caressing my cheek.
I looked around the room and saw rose petals scattered around. there was also couple of presents laying on the couch. The room was lit by only candlelight. In the dinning room I could see all my favorite foods at the table. and they didn't look deadly they looked good!
"Did you cook all of that?" I asked.
Arthur twitched and turned bright red.
"Well yeah... I actually lied to you about going to work today, I'm sorry... I went to your stupid brother Francis's house and asked him to help me. I hated spending the entire day with that stuck up frog face but... he did help me make something actually edible. I know you don't like my cooking but this actually came out really good that idiot even gave his seal of approval... So will you try it!?" He asked looking at me with hopeful eyes
Arthur never got a long with my older brother, and i put a huge smile on my face to think he spent the whole day with him just to surprise me.
I could feel tears of joy fall from my eyes.
"T-thank you Arthur" I said as he pulled me into his arms.
"I love you (Y/n)", He said kissing the top of my head.
"I love you two!" I said holding onto him tightly.
"I'm looking forward to many more years with you love" He said.
And so we both enjoyed our 5th anniversary together.
