(3rd person POV)
"(Y/n)! (Y/n) where are you!" A woman's voice called out with her tone being both anxious and stern as she searched for the individual called (Y/n).
It was early in the morning, the sunrise was barely coming over the horizon to shine down onto the slums of a Faunus populated neighborhood. The large majority of Faunus residing in the slums here were forced to live here due to the prejudice of a human society denying them the right to work for a proper wage to support themselves and their loved ones. There were very few people awake at this hour one of the individuals outside this early in the day was a small (H/c) haired Fox Faunus boy wearing a worn (F/c) shirt as well as a pair of (F/c) shorts and a pair of worn dirty shoes.
He was outside sitting down on a old box crate simply looking curiously at anyone who passed through the rundown neighborhood he lived in, some of them passed with looks of grimace on their faces sparing only a single glance at him as they continued walking, a few who passed would smile briefly towards him and wave prompting him to smile and return their gesture. Occasionally a bullhead would pass by over head catching his attention, his fox ears would perk up hearing the rumble of the approaching engine as he looked up expectantly as a few seconds later it would fly by, he would gaze in astonishment at the sight of the airborne craft flying through the air as it eventually passed out of sight behind the roof of the houses across the dirt road across the the street.
"There you are!" He heard a stern woman's voice call out from behind him. He instinctively closed his eyes and tensed up as he slowly begun to turn around but he hardly turned at all before he was grabbed by the arm and roughly jerked up from his sitting position on the box crate.
"we've told you countless times you are NOT allowed outside by yourself and especially not without your special mask" she said as she hauled him into the building he'd come to familiarize as his home.
It was several times larger than all the other houses on the street and yet it was more barren and empty on the inside. It had lots of windows all around the building but they were all broken, the area they walked through was mildly spacious, it had several rows of old and torn chairs placed throughout the room and a large desk placed in front of a wall facing towards them along with a black chair that had two large wheels on the sides and two smaller ones in the front of it. But what caught the boys attention the most as they passed through the room was in the middle of the wall was a symbol of two lines overlapping each other one horizontally and the other vertically, it had green plastic covering it except for a small amount missing at the top of the symbol.
"Mom? What does-" he began to ask before the woman gave him a rough tug and pulled him along behind her.
"Hurry up, before they others find out you got outside" she said with harsh tone of voice making the boy feel ashamed that he disappointed the woman he'd called his mother. He couldn't see her face but he knew she had a sour expression on her face since he'd broken one of the rules he had placed upon him when he let his curiosity get the better of him and he went outside alone.
They passed several hallways and lots of doors of rooms that had broken things in them, mostly beds or strange metal poles standing or knocked over onto the floor. Eventually they approached a door that had a half ruined sign:

(Wanted to give it a sense of realism so here's the best i could do)Was all that was legible before she pushed it open pulled the boy in and closed it quickly before tugging him down a flight of darkened stairs leading down towards a slightly open doorway emitting light where sounds and voices could faintly be heard as they approached. When they reached the bottom of the steps she opened the door and walked in the boy was blinded by the light as his eyes grew accustomed to the dark and held up his arm to his eyes to shield them from the bright light of the room.
