[prologue}

kim nam joon // 16

he's the new kid that moves into hoseok's room in the dorms. shy, cute and kind of a huge nerd that loves to write and draw. he gets jealous easily, but he's really good at hiding his emotions.

jung ho seok // 16
doesn't really want to go to school (kind of forced to by his aunt). yoongi's second favorite after namjoon. loves to paint, dance and the first to join the friday club. has a hard time trusting others once his trust is broken, but he trusts easily.

min yoon gi // 17
founder of the thursday club for writers. often found in the library or in his dorm's garden room. has a hard time showing affection, often doing so subtly.  

kim seok jin // 18
founder of the friday club for painters. usually in the art studio or at the garden with yoongi (usually to observe and draw everything, especially the younger.) graduating this year. insecure about himself, but gives lots of affection to the others.

kim tae hyung // 15
number one art critique of the club. loves to observe and make comments. usually arranges small galas for the dorm,  based on the friday club's work. has no goals for his near future. very open about himself and his love life, despite the consequences.

park ji min // 15
shows up to model for the friday club, otherwise he's usually found near the lake, dancing or in the library with the thursday club kids. writes poetry and is aiming to release a collection one day. often the target of affection and is very oblivious to it all.

jeon jung kook // 14
the youngest member of both clubs. started out when hoseok brought him along. usually more active in thursday club, but always shows up for fridays anyways. insecure and usually shuts himself out emotionally when things go wrong.

namjoon sits in the library, a thesaurus on his left, a vogue magazine in his lap, his sketchbook littered with doodles of clothed models and a bunch of random notes surrounding them. he sees hoseok just cut off from the frame of his glasses. he's walking around with a cute boy that seems to be not much younger than them.

hoseok sits down in front of him and smiles, eyes gleaming brightly. "hey joonie, what'cha working on?" the other boy sips on his coffee from his thermos and leans over the table, eyes wide with anticipation. "i'm working on a new collection for an upcoming fashion show my mom's doing. she wanted me to work on a few designs for her."

hoseok frowns at that, resting his head on his hand while the stranger turns the sketchbook around and looks closely at the designs. "seok, he's good." giving the older two an arbitrary look, he puts a piece of paper down on the table he had just retrieved from his pocket. hoseok's  eyebrow goes up quizzically while namjoon sucks in a breath. it was one thing for his mother to always critique his work- but another student?

"we have a gala coming up on saturday," he circles the date on the flier and pushes it across the wooden table. "thursdays and fridays are critique days. don't be late, newbie." yanking hoseok from his chair, the two are off, leaving namjoon alone in between the paper-stuffed walls. "taehyung! what the hell- tae!" 

namjoon stares at the flier before him and makes note of it in his agenda. who knows? things might end up okay this time.
