Chapter 5 : I Like Him A Lot

~ Jihoon's POV ~
The next morning, I wrote another letter to Y/N. Just like yesterday, I rushed to school and stuck the letter on her locker. I looked at the clock. It was 07.15. Seungcheol usually comes at 07.00. I hope she didn't see me placing the letter. Where is everybody anyways? Suddenly, a crowd of boys were chasing Y/N. She hid behind me, and the crowd stopped. I saw Taeyong at the front.
Taeyong : Well, well, well. If it isn't Lee Jihoon the nerd.
Jihoon : I'm not a nerd, Taeyong.
Taeyong : Y/N, darling, wouldn't you prefer being with me than this pathetic nerd?
Y/N : As if!
Taeyong : Then come here and kiss the one you prefer.
I looked at Y/N who looked kinda worried.
Jihoon : ( whisper to Y/N ) You know, you don't have to-
She quickly kissed my cheek. The crowd of boys gasped.
Taeyong : What?! WHAT?!
Suddenly, Seungcheol came.
Seungcheol : Hey guys. What are you doing?
Y/N stopped and looked at Seungcheol shocked.
Y/N : O-Oppa...
She snatched the letter from her locker and bowed to me.
Y/N : Mianhae Jihoon oppa!
She then ran to the bathroom.Taeyong looked at me annoyed.
Taeyong : Better watch yourself, punk!
He then stomped away.
~ Y/N's POV ~
I ran to the bathroom and leaned on a wall. Suddenly, 3 stall doors opened andout came my best friends, Eunha, Tzuyu, and Wendy. They saw me and went to me.
Eunha : What happened?
Y/N : I... Never mind... You guys shouldn't know.
Tzuyu : Tell us. Please...
Y/N : Fine. I've been getting letters from someone. Also, Taeyong asked me to kiss either Jihoon oppa or him.
Wendy : And?
Y/N : I kissed... Jihoon oppa.
The girls dropped their jaws. Which changed into screaming.
Wendy : OH MY GOD!!!
Eunha : THIS IS LIT!!!
Tzuyu : BEST NEWS EVER!!! Wait. You like him right?
I blushed.
Eunha : Oh my god! She likes him!
Y/N : And the letter...
Wendy : Open it.
I opened the letter and read it out loud. Heres what it says :

Dear Choi Y/N,

I hope we can be together. I guess you're getting closer to figure out who I am. In this letter, I want to wish you the best. I want to wish all your painful days to be gone. I really hope we can be together. Also, thank you for helping me. Love you~

Wendy : Oh my gosh. That was so sweet.
Eunha : Now, let's go to student council.
Y/N : Yeah. Let's go.
