"PUSH!!" The doctor screamed.

I squeezed Tom's hand. "What do you have think I'm doing!" Tom laughed. "What are you laughing at div!" His smile quickly faded.

"I'm sorry baby, I love you." I kissed Tom's hand.

He wiped the sweat off of my forehead and a tear from my eye.

"It's alright love, you're doing great. Keep pushing." He squeezed my hand and kissed my forehead.

I nodded and a scream escaped my lips as I pushed harder than ever before.

"Baby Number One is crowning." The Doctor excitedly announced.

Oh and I forgot to mention... TOM AND I ARE HAVING TWINS.

"Would you like to see your baby be born?" The doctor looked at Tom and Tom nodded.

He slowly walked over and looked down. A tear formed in his eye. As the doctor pulled the baby out.

"You did it!!" The Doctor handed the screaming baby to a nurse.

"The nurse is going to clean him up then the father can hold him. And you have a couple minutes until you have to push again."

I sat and regained my breath.

"Y/n you're Amazing! You're so amazing!" He kissed me on the forehead for what seemed like 1 million times.

I laughed and kissed him. Then my smile faded. "Tom I don't know if I can deliver this one."

"Why?" He asked.

"Weren't you paying attention? The doctor notified the nurse... my vitals were dropping."

"Don't worry darling. You'll be fine... I promise."

He walked out of the room to find the doctor but he turned around when I screamed.

"Contractions?" He asked.

"Yeah the baby is coming."

The doctor walked in. "Right in time." And he positioned himself.

Tom grabbed my hand.

"Alright, on 3 we're gonna push. 1..2..3.. PUSH!" The doctor yelled.

I screamed as I attempted to birth our second baby into the world.

Tears ran down my cheek. "I can't Tom I-I can't."

"You can love. I know you can" he pushed some hair out of my face

"She's not contracting anymore." The doctor said. "add hormones to her drip."

The nurse did as she was told.

A second nurse walked out. "Sir would you like to hold your son?"

Tom smiled. "More than anything..." his smile faded, " but I gotta stay with my wife."

The nurse smiled and walked out.

"Here he comes." The doctor said.

"Her heart rate is dropping." A nurse said.

"What?" Tom tried to get the nurse to talk to him.

"PUSH!" The doctor yelled.

I pushed with everything I had.

I let out an ear-piercing scream.

"PUSH!"

"She can't!!" Tom yelled at the doctor.

"I'm alright... I'm alright." I said.

I pushed once more and the screams of a baby filled the room. Then it went black.

"She's out."  He nurse pointed out.

"Love? Love you did it. It's all done." Tom tried to shake me awake.

"Son, she can't hear out." The doctor laid a hand in Toms shoulder.

"She'll be ok? Right?"

The doctor smiled. "It was just a low heart rate. She'll be fine. She just need rest."

"Where are my babies?" Tom asked.

"Being examined. One had an irregular heart beat."

"What!" Tom rubbed the back of his neck. "Is he ok."

"According to the nurse, yes. They're getting wrapped up."

"Ok..ok." Tom sat down.

"It's been a long day son. Rest." The doctor patted Tom and left the room.

Tom closed his eyes. But he was woken up by my voice.

"Tom? Tom" I said lightly.

"Hey" he jumped up and skipped over to the bed.

"Where's my babies?" I asked concerned.

"On their way." He smiled and rubbed my hands.

"Two baby boys, coming right up!" The nurse laughed and set the babies into my hands."

They were my perfect little babies. The most beautiful things I had ever seen.
I looked at both of my precious babies and giggled.

"They both look so much like you Tom. Like two little Tom's!"

A tear ran down my cheek. I was so happy. I now had three perfect boys in my life.

"They're so tiny."

"Do we have names?" The nurse asked.

"Yes." I looked up at Tom. "This little guy is Thomas, and this one is Jack."

"Beautiful names." The nurse smiled and walked out.

One of the babies yawned and opened his eyes.

"Hi, oh hi baby. I'm your mommy and this is your dad." Tom leaned in and did a little eye brow raise and kissed the baby.

"Aw I love you!" I said and I kissed both of them on the head.

"I can't wait to go home." I said and looked up at Tom.

"We have such a good life ahead of us."
