Oh ok, so he's a little older than Boruto.

Appearance: He is fairly tall (178 cm) with fair skin blue eyes and violet hair that he inherited from his mother. He wears a ring with the Hōno Clan symbol (reference to his mother and his Viking heritage) on the front and the kanji for love in the back (reference to his father). (His face claim is Kija from Akatsuk no Kuna) He also wears a fur cape to Vikings event and has a variety of outfits.

That is very unique, I have yet to see a viking OC. It is actually pretty good considering that Vikings don't have technology and uses similar weapons to naruto if not some of the same. Good job and the appearance to reference his parents is great. Not to mention the reference to another anime is great as well.

Nice, thanks for the role they play and their names. With such a big family I can tell that they will be featured with him at least once.

Personality: Hakare got from his mother a vivacious personality and bubbly personality along a with a warm side. Unlike his brother Shinki Hakare is more rebellious and put himself in dangerous situations regardless of his abilities. His cousins Hijoke and Shikadai pointed out that he tends to put his priority in the wrong places such as going on A rank missions (which wasn’t assigned to him (the mission was last minute and he just joined the team) instead of assisting at his brother’s chunin exams. Despite his questionable choices he truly cares for his brothers and see them as his duty. He is proud of both of his paternal (Sunugakure) heritage as well of Vikings heritage but the emphasis on muscular physical strength pressure him a bit. 

Wait I'm confused. So Hakare is said to be this bubbly person like Hinata than out of no where he is rebellious? I just read that he got his mother personality but literally in the next sentence it says that he was rebellious? Was it a typo? Did you mean Shinki? Because rebellious and bubbly does not go in the same category. That's basically taking Hinata being bubbly and Naruto being rebellious and not knowing which personality to choose. I'm sure it was a typo so please let me know.
