Perrie: is he mad at u? 

Zayn looks up from his laptop, his headphones over his ears, curled up on a sofa on the tour bus as they speed through fuck-knows-where. Louis is currently sat on Liam’s head while Liam tries to play FIFA on the other sofa. Louis’ cackling open-mouthed, and when he sees Zayn looking at him he makes a rude gesture, wriggles his hips down onto Liam’s face. 

Zayn half-smiles, looking back down at the screen. 

Zayn: dunno

Perrie: is he talkin 2 u? how can u not tell. god BOYS 

Zayn: hes on the other bus 

Perrie: babe u texted me a photo of him and liam like 10 min ago 

Oh. Zayn forgot about that. 

Zayn: we switched at a petrol station

Zayn: ok fine he’s here but ive got headphones in so we havent talked

Perrie: just talk 2 him. say ‘is it ok that i smacked u?’

Zayn: im scared hes plotting revenge 

Zayn: what if he makes me piss in my sleep

Right after he hits Enter he cringes, looks away from his screen, immediately regretting it. Louis is now choking Liam with his thighs. He waves cheerily at Zayn. 

Perrie: jiggled?????

Perrie: babe. 

Perrie: do you want to apologize, or do u want to do it again? 

Zayn’s face flushes. Rude. 

Zayn: don’t be a twat 

Perrie: u kno i take that as a compliment twats r great you happen to be a big fan of them urself ;) ;)

Zayn’s eyes go wide, and he nearly slams his laptop shut, feeling suddenly guilty. At least, that’s probably what that burning feeling in his stomach is. He hopes so.
