Couple Months Later:

Tomorrow is the day where my best friend gets married. I'm a bridesmaid and so is Demi, Chantel and Jordyn but Kylie is a chief bridesmaid. I want Catherine to know how much I love her and how much I appreciate her being my best friend. Me and Demi have now been together for 8 months and we have been engaged for 4 of them and I love her endlessly. We stayed at Kylie's last night with Jordyn and Chantel and we are in the spare room, I sit up from where I was lying down and Demi is sat on my bed talking to Kylie. "Hey, what's youse talking about?" "Just don't you think it's bad luck if Austin sees Catherine before the wedding?" I shrug my shoulders. "I don't know, if they want to do that they can but personally I wouldn't because I'm very superstitious." Demi laughs leaving me confused on why she's laughing. "Maybe I will text her to see what's happening because it has been four months since everything has been planned." They nod and I grab my phone to see that I have a text from Hayley:
H: Keh, rapid you need to text me back.
H: girl it's 11:55am you better not be sleeping with your lazy ass.
H: Kehlani Parrish I swear to fuckin god if you don't text me back in 15 minutes you're gonna be my ex bestfriend, but seriously this is urgent!!!!
Wow what's up with her, I'll just call her. I get out the bed and walk into the bathroom whilst trying to call her. I called the first time and she didn't answer, second she still didn't answer. Third time she's still not answering my call, I throw my toothbrush at the mirror, "For Fuck Sake Hayley! Answer your god damn phone!" I call her again and she finally answer and I run out the bathroom and start pacing through my room. "What's wrong Lani?" Demi asked concerned and I couldn't talk so I put up one finger to tell her one second because Hayley picked up:
K: You better not be dying because I want to be the one to kill you right now! Hayley for god sake you scared the shit out of me!
H: Sorry Lani but I've got heartbreaking news...
I can hear her crying down the phone and I start crying.
K: girl you've already got me crying and I don't know what's this is about. What is it?
She stutters whilst she sobs.
H: I don't know how to tell you this.
K: Hayley just tell me already.
H: it's not you always remember this it's me okay.
I start laughing a bit.
K: Hayls you are making it out like we are in a relationship right now, why what do you mean?
H: I can't see you for a little bit boo, don't take it personal though.
K: why would you do this to me Hayley? We have been through thick and thin and now you want to give up on our friendship!
I'm getting really annoyed and frustrated right now.
H: I need some time away from you okay, just know I always care for you and I love you deep down Lani.
K: Hayley don't fucking do this right now when I need you the most!
I look over at Demi and she's looking a bit mortified that I just said that.
H: bye Kehlani.
K: you better not put that phone down...
she ended the call and when I tried to call back each time she would decline my call so I text her one more time:
K: don't know what's going through your crazy head right now but if you really care for me and like you say it's just you at least tell me who put you up to this because this hasn't come from anywhere xx
H: I'm just so so so sorry best friend but I do love you and I will be back to win you over, it was someone but I really needed the money so just know it's me xx
