*Zion's POV*
"babe, what the hell are you watching" I say looking over to my girlfriend Emily who is hysterically laughing to a video on her phone
"Here watch, watch!" She says in between laughs
It was a video of Justin Bieber on the show Lip Sync Battle
"Oh my god that was the funniest thing ever I can't breathe" Emily says trying to calm down
"Ur nuts" I say back to her shaking my head
She gives me this weird look and starts wiggling her eyebrows.
"What" I Say
"WE SHOULD DO A LIP SYNC BATTLE, WITH PROPS AND EVERYTHING. YOU, ME, LAUREN, NICK AND THE REST OF THE BOYS" Emily says jumping on the bed
Before I could even respond Lauren comes bolting into our room.
"LIP SYNC BATTLE, OMG IM IN" She says jumping up and down in tune with Emily
"How, um what?" I ask confused
"Okay, lets go downstairs" Emily says dragging me downstairs with Lauren following
"GUYSSS TAKE A SEAT ON THE COUCH PLEASE AND THANK YOU" Lauren says huddling all of us on the couch
"This better be good, I stopped making my grilled cheese for this" Nick says sitting on the couch
"SO. I have a really fun idea. I was just watching this TV show called lip sync battle. Its were two celebrities lip sync to songs of their choice and whoever had the better performance wins. I think we should throw our own version of this. We could go to party city and get props, set up in the living room and hold our own lip sync battle. Whoever's performance is best, wins" Emily says with her chin held high
"Oh you're sooooo on" Edwin says
"This is so cool" Austin says
"I already know my song" Brandon says
"Is everyone in?" Emily asks
We all agree and Emily proceeds
"Okay great!!! So we will each perform one song, so think of your song and what props you might want. We'll leave in half an hour to go to party city!" Emily says
Lauren and Nick bolt back upstairs and Me and Emily follow them while the rest of the guys stay downstairs.
*Lauren's POV*
"Do you know what song ur gonna do" Nick asks rummaging through clothes in his closet
"I have some ideas. Do you?" I ask looking on my Spotify playlist
"You betttttt, they should just give me the crown now cause I'm gonna win this thinggg" Nick says swing his shirt in the air
I just scoffed and continued to look for songs. I wanted to do something funny, yet something I loved. I decided to do Run the World by Beyonce. it was a tough song but I knew I could pull it off since I knew basically all the choreography. I Looked in my closet and found a similar hoodie that Beyonce wore @ Coachella. For pants I was just gonna wore some denim shorts. Emily knocked on the door telling us it was time to go to party city. We all hopped in the van and headed on our way.
When we got to party city, I looked for a boa, and a crown. I didn't really need many props because my dancing was gonna be the whole performance. I checked on nick to find him in the wig isle. I didn't want him to see me so I just peeked over. I started cracking up because he looked so confused on what wig to buy. Plus the thought of him in a wig is something I need to witness.
