Doc suddenly entered.

"Chenle, I have a very good news for you." He said then I tilted my head.

"What is it?"

"Someone donated their heart for you." He said then our eyes widened.

"Surgery will be tomorrow. Please, get ready." He said then we nodded.

He then left the room but Ming suddenly followed him.

"Wah! You'll be leaving the hospital soon after your surgery!" Haechan patted my bag and I smiled.

Me and Jisung decided to go to Hadong.

"Wow! So pretty~" I said, staring at the cherry blossoms.

"1,2,3!" He suddenly kissed my cheek then took the picture.

I was taken aback but he suddenly held my hand.

"Please, let me do this. Even for a day." He said then I smiled a little.

"Sure~" I said then his smiled became wider.

After a while, me and Jihoon decided to go to Suncheon.

"Jihoon, am I cute?" I posed with the uniform and he chuckled.

"Very~" He said before taking a picture.

"You're taking a lot of pictures today." I said then he ruffled my hair.

"Cause pictures last longer." He said before holding my hand again.

"Let's hang these on those wooden frames!" He said before we entered a shop.

After a few minutes, we got our frames and we hang them outside.

"This will stay here forever, right?" He asked then I nodded.

"It will always be here~" I said then he chuckled st me.

"Let's go to somewhere with a million flowers."

I wowed at the field of flowers. Jihoon then came back with bubbles.

"Come on, I'll take a picture of you with these." He said before giving me one.

I smiled and removed the lid.

I them started turning around for the bubbles and Jihoon took a perfect video.

"Now, I want you to do it!" I said then gave it to him.

He smiled.

We were walking down the path of canola flowers.

"Did you have fun today?" He asked then I nodded.

"Why did you suddenly want to hang out?" I asked then he stopped.

"I'm going somewhere very far away." He said then I frowned.

"Ah, really? Will I be able to see you again?" I asked but he kept quiet.

"That far, really?" I asked then he nodded.

"I'm sorry.. I wanted to spend this day with you." He said then tears starts falling down my cheek.

But he wiped it with his thumbs.

"Don't cry.. it will become harder for me to leave.

I'll always stay by your side, okay?" He said then I nodded.

"When are you leaving?" I asked then he smiled.

"I'm leaving tomorrow.. I'm really sorry...

But if you let me, please come to the Mokpo Dancing Sea Fountains..

Tomorrow at 7pm, please." He said then I nodded.

Jihoon is going somewhere far away and this will be my last..
