I had just fallen asleep when I was woken right back up by loud pounding at my bedroom door
“ VICTORIA OPEN THIS DOOR RIGHT NOW!!!!! I WILL KICK THIS DOOR DOWN IF YOU DON’T OPEN UP BY THE TIME I COUNT TO 5” I heard my mom scream from the other side of the door
“ harry!” I whispered shaking his shoulder
“ what, whats going on?” he asked looking at me still half asleep
“ my mom at the door you need to hide now!” I said jumping out of bed
Harry quickly got out of bed and grabbed his things off the floor and ran towards my closet
“ harry you cant hide in the closet you idiot!” I said grabbing his arm
“ 1! 2!, VICTORIA!” my mom yelled
“ then where do I hide” he asked , I could tell he was just as nervous as me
“ out the window go ! go!” I Said pulling him towards the open window and practically pushing him out
I heard him groan when he hit the ground
“ 3! 4!” my mom continued to count
“ HOLD ON IM COMING!” I yelled at her rushing over to the door
When I pulled it open there stood my mom her face beat red , she was still wearing blue hospital scrubs so I knew she had just gotten back from work .
“ what took you so long” she asked pushing past me
“ its hot in here so I slept with no clothes on and I wasn’t about to open the door with only my underwear on” I lied
“ is that why the windows open” she asked walking over to it
My heart started to pound and I prayed that harry had found a place to hide out there because if my mom saw a boy standing in my yard with only his boxers on I would be so dead.
She stuck her head out of the window and looked around before backing up and shutting the window
She then walked over to my closet and threw the door open and looked around
“ mom what is this a surprise inspection” I asked
“ no” she said putting her hands on her hips “ one of the neighbors called me at work saying that they saw you bring a boy here around 11 and that they don’t think hes left yet”
“ well the only neighbor that could have seen me bring a boy here was ms,peggie and she wears 3 inch thick glasses so for all we know is could have seen a cat in the yard because I didn’t bring any boy here” I said biting my lip
“ mmmhhh” my mom said turning around and walking over to my bed
She threw up the bed skirt and peered under
“ Victoria!” she exclaimed and my heart started to pound “ it’s a mess under here”
“ mom are you really going to do this now its 1 am and I have school tomorrow” I whined
She sighed
“ I guess not well goodnight honey im sorry for accusing you of having a boy in her” she said kissing my forehead and walking out of my room
I let out a sigh of relief and hurried over to the window to tell harry it was safe to come back inside .
Sorry this chapters so boring its just a filler , I wanted there to be a few more chapters before what’s happening next happens ( if that makes sense) oh!
