Part 7

Jade's POV

I got uo early in the morning, sneaking out from my parents. Chemo was scheduled today, I made plans meeting my Calum by the town square. Out of the door I ran on my way to see him.

*phone rings

"Hello?" I said grabbing it.

"Hey. Just wonderin' why do you wanna meet me so early?" he yawned.

"Because." I said getting off the bus looking for a familiar face which I couldn't find.

I felt strong arms wrap against my torso and a scent of a perfume I know very well. His breath sent chills to my body as he kisses my shoulder lightly.

"I miss you." I said turning around and hanging up the phone.

He smiles and kisses my lips. He pulled back a few seconds later. He dragged me off to a cafe where we had coffee and breakfast when my phone rang.

"Aren't you gonna answer that?" Calum asked me.

I looked at the caller ID, it was mum. I put my phone away.

"Nah." I told him. "Where are wr going next?" I asked.

"Movies then the arcade?" he suggested.

I smiled and said yes. The whole day went normally as I lived my life with him that day. I felt my body shake and my vision blur. A movement from my stomach causing pain made it hard for me to move.

"Calum." I cried.

He turned to me worried. I hugged myself in pain feeling like I was gonna die.

"We'd better get you to a hospital." Calum said carrying me away.

Calum's POV

Afraid of what's happening we rushed to the hospital. She cried, how I wish I was the one suffering not her. They took het away and I was left to wait.

"She's gotten worse." The doctor said.

"What do you mean worse?" I asked confused.

"Her cancer cells are eating up her body." She said.

I choked, wanting to talk to her so bad.

"Where's her room?" I said trying not to cry.
