Finn's P.o.V.
- Finn?- he whispers, about to cry- You're awake
His eyes get full of tears as he leans on and hugs me.
- Um...- I whisper.
I feel so awkward. Being hugged by a stranger
- Sorry. Who are you?
He pulls back and looks at me.
- You... you don't remember me?
- Are you a fan?
- Is this... are you joking? Cause if it is, I'm gonna kick your ass
- No, I'm really sorry. I seriously don't know who you are
He just gets up and leaves
What the fuck is going on?!
I feel like I know him. I feel... something weird in my stomach when he talked to me. I felt sad and guilty, and I don't even know why.

Jack's P.o.V.
I get out of the room, crying. I spent a week by his side, and he doesn't even remember me
I run to the wait room, and hug Jaeden
- What happened?
- He's awake
- What?!- Finn's mum looks at me, and runs back to the room
- Why are you crying, Jacko? Those are definitely not happy tears
- He... doesn't remember me
- Oh, c'mon. I'm sure he does.
- No, I'm serious. He doesn't even know who I am.
- Let's go- he tries to take me back to his room, but I sit
- You go. I can't see him like that again. I'm not ready
- Are you sure?
I just nod.
- I'll stay with him- Wyatt smiles at me
- Just go. It's your best friend

Jaeden's P.o.V.
We go in with the doctor. As we reach Finn's bed, he smiles
- Mom! Dad! Nick!
- Finally, kid. You took your time
They all hug him, and I get closer to him
- Hi...- I whisper
- Hey
- Do you remember me?- I ask
- Oh, not again. Who are this creeps? Are they some kind of joke?
We all look at each other
- Honey, this is Jaeden
- Okay, nice to meet you. Can somebody tell me what is he doing here? And most important, what am I doing here?
- You were shot- Nick explains- in the head
- What?
He touches the bandage around his head and starts panicking
- What the fuck? What happened?
- You were at the MTV Awards, and you were shot.

- Okay... then who are you?- he points at me- Are you the psycho?
- He's one of your best friends- Nick says- Jaeden Lieberher
- Oh, wait. No way! You're the kid from St. Vincent!
- I am- I fake a smile- and your best friend
- My best friend's Noah. Maybe Gaten and Caleb too.
- Oh, boy- his mum whispers
- Um... do you remember auditioning for "IT"?
- I auditioned?
- He has no memory about his last two-three years of life.- I whisper
- What are we going to do now?- His dad asks the doc
- Be patient, and slowly tell him everything

- Young Finn. You're suffering from amnesia.

- Jaeden- I say- and yeah. I'm your best friend
Noah comes in the room, and hugs Finn
- Schnipper! Finally someone I know
- Glad to see you Finnlard
Finn smiles at him
- What did he mean with "someone I know"?- he asks us
- Amnesia
- Oh, no. That's terrible
- I know... he doesn't remember Jack at all
- Poor little thing
- Hey guys, Jack's crying in the waiting room. What happened?- Sadie asks when she abruptly comes into the room- Finn! You're awake!
- Hey, Sads? Can we talk for a sec?- I take her away
- Sure
- Finn doesn't remember you
- What?
- He apparently has amnesia. He doesn't remember me either, Wyatt never came in, but I'm sure he doesn't remember him either
- Oh, my poor Jack- Sadie whispers
I just nods
- That's horrible
- Yeah
- Poor Finn...
- I know
- I'll just go
- Yeah, me too...
We say bye to everyone in the room and are about to get out when Finn stops us
- Hey, guys?
We turn around to face him
- I'm really sorry.
- Hey... it's not your fault.
- Yeah. We'll be back and try to make you remember. We won't give up on you
- Thank you- he smiles at us, and we leave
In the waiting room, Sadie starts crying
- Well... this is gonna be harsh
- Yep...
Wyatt and Jack meet us in the middle, and we all hug
- Group hug- Wyatt whispers
- We're the forgotten club- I joke
- You too?- Jack asks
- Yeah. He doesn't remember his last three years. He thinks the stranger things cast are his best friends
- That sucks
- Tell me about it. I'm from the Stranger Things cast but he doesn't remember me
- I think I should go home- Jack says
- You do?- Wyatt frowns
- What am I supposed to do here, Wy? He doesn't know who I am.
- So you're gonna give up on him?
- Of course not. But Finn needs to rest now. I can't allow to be bothering him and telling him he's gay.
Jack's right. Finn doesn't even know he's gay. It's like that shot pressed Finn's restart button, and now he doesn't even know us
- Jack?- Ms Wolfhard calls him from Finn's room- Finn wants to see you
- He does?
- Yeah. Come in, sweetie.

Jack's P.o.V.
I walk to his room once again, and sit by his side.
The Wolfhards and Noah all leave, so we're left alone.
- Hey...- he says, once they're all gone
- Hey- I fake a smile at him
- So... mum told me you're Jack, and we met while filming IT.
- We did- a single tear rolls down my cheek

- Let me... google you. I'm really sorry. I just want things to go back to normal

He turns on his phone, and frowns
- You're my lock screen- he whispers
I take my phone out, and show him mine.
He gets our phones together, and smiles
- Cute- he nods- We're each other's lock screens.
- Hey, Finn?
- Yeah?
- I'm not sure you're ready to google me.
- Why not?
- You may found out things about me, about yourself, you're not ready to know yet. Doctors said we have to be patient, so...
- What can I find out? We're a couple?- he laughs, and I just look down.- Oh, no. We're a couple. Right? I'm so sorry
He gives me my phone back and bites his lip
- So, we're a couple.

- I'm gay, and you're my boyfriend- he interrupts me- that explains our lock screens...
- Finn, I can't make you...
He just starts crying, interrupting me again

I look at him with a big smile on my face.
I haven't heard that surname in a while now, and I sure missed it.
- What did you call me?- I ask
He looks at me and shrugs

I smile at him and he holds my hand
- You know? I'm so glad you were here when I woke up
