I just want to start out by saying I have never dealt with PTSD so I don't know what its like or how it feels. Im so sorry if you do and I want to say you are a warrior. I did as much research as I could and I hope I can de-pic it as much as I know.

Tony Stark/Iron Man:

Tony did suffer form PTSD, after what happened in New York and Sokovia, he started to suffer from the agonizing symptoms. He was getting better, only have a few attacks every so often but when he did, it was minutes of pure fear and panic in him that took over any logic he held.

Tonight, Tony was going to try and get some sleep. He closed his eyes, wrapping his arms around you snuggly. He eventually fell asleep but then the sequence began.

Images of him flying with the missal, his goodbye call, Ultron's army destroying the city, his vision of the fallen Avengers. Fear hit him like a bus, every memory bring more of the emotion.

You were awoken by a feeling of being squished, your body heat rising immensely. As you open your eyes, you see Tony twitched and press you closer to his body. You hear him slightly whimper and his breath become rapid. You sit up and shake him by his arm.

"Tony." You gently say, trying to wake him, "Tony, wake up." You shake him harder as pain flashes on his face, "Tony, wake up,"

As you shake him one last time, he shoots forward out of your grip and grabs his head. You crawl over to him, gently putting a hand on his shoulder. Tony whips to see you, his eyes panicked and frantic. Sweat glistened off his forehead as he moves to drape his feet off the bed.

You put a hand on his cheek soothingly, "It's okay, Tony. It's over, your alright," You coo softly, trying your best to calm him.

He pushed into your hand, putting his own over it as a tear slid down his cheek. You continued to whisper sweet nothings to him as he tried to calm down and clear his mind.

It was few minutes till he slowly pulled you closer and hugged you. You returned the hug and kissed his shoulder.

"Your okay, Tony. Im right here." You argued him one las time, "FRIDAY, turn on the lights please,"

The lights dimmed up till they were on and Tony released you.

"I'm sorry," He croaked, looking down at his hands.

"Don't be. You can't control when it happens." You then stand up and put a hand for him to take, "Let's go,"

"Go where?" He raises an eyebrow as he takes your hand, rising to his feet.

"Let's go to the kitchen, I'll make you breakfast," You offered with a smile.

Tony smiled softly, "I dont deserve you," He whispers as you lead him to the kitchen for the promised breakfast.

Steve Rogers/Captain America:

Steve knew how to deal with his PTSD but there were weak moments and you would be there for him.

It was the middle of the night when Steve started to tense up. A familiar memory flashing in front of him. Bucky falling off the train, war running ramped.

His body started to quiver, waking you from your slumber. You turn around in his arms to find his face contorted. You frown as he shakes once more, your hand reaches out to shake his body.

"Steve...Steve, wake up." You shake him a little more causing his eyes to shoot open, a sharp breath being pulled in.

"Hey, your okay. It's over," You comfort as he sits up, not paying much mind to your words.
