Being healthy is very important. Not only for your physical health, but also inside. Here are some tips to get started:

~ Start cutting out unhealthy foods, like chips. And replace them with fruits

~ Whenever you want to eat unhealthy, remember YOU CONTROL what YOU put in YOUR mouth.

~Don't skip breakfast, it won't help you lose weight. You need the food in the morning.

~ Don't starve yourself. It won't help you lose weight. Your stomach/ body will go into starvation mode. Basically saving any food you eat into fat. That's what happens when you don't eat. And try to starve yourself.

~Don't drink you calories. Your body distributes it differently than with food.

~DRINK YOUR WATER. If you don't like it plain, Jazz it up a bit. Put fruits and veggies like lemon and cucumber in it. Their are different detox waters I'll explain later.

~ Do your daily workout. Even if it's just 30 minutes everyday, or just 4/5 days a week. The time will pass anyway. So just do it. Your body will thank you later.

~ Green tea is great for metabolism. It speeds it up. Drink 3 sups daily, it also clears skin too! And it has caffeine so now you can stop drinking coffee if you want. Some like it some don't.

~ Eat at least 3 meals a day. Or some researchers say it's better to eat tiny meals throughout day.

~ Okay so we all want some chocolate sometime or another. (Unless your allergic, or don't like it) you can eat dark chocolate. It's actually so good, I used to not like it, but it's so good after I tried it. Dark chocolate has certain nutrients in it that make it WAY BETTER than milk chocolate. But it SHOULD BE CONSUMED IN MODERATION. Because it's still sugary, despite the pros.

Benefits of dark chocolate

Very nutritious

If you buy chocolate with 70% or more cocoa in it, it contains a decent amount of soluble fibers and minerals.

Powerful source of antioxidants which is truly amazing for your body.

Improve blood flow!

So these are a few tips to start getting more healthy. I hope y'all like them and try them out!
