"Lee Soo Man has let me know that three of you are allowed to participate in the ISACs this year" The manager had called a meeting for all the members

"So who is volunteering?"

"I think Yuta and I should go, the rest of the members are busy anyways," Johnny stood up and turned to face all the members who were sitting down listening to the announcement

"But what about the third person," Yuta asked

Hyeri raised her hand, "I dont have anything set in my schedule for that specific day so I can go with you guys,"

"Haha that's funny," Taeyong said sarcastically

"You can't go," he continued

Hyeri furrowed her eyebrows at Taeyong's statement

"And why can't I," She crossed her arms over her chest

"Because what If you get hurt or something, just let Johnny and Yuta go,"

"I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself plus I like to think I'm a very athletic person," Hyeri rambled on

"Oh please everytime you have a day off all you do is eat chips while watching netflix," Donhyuck fired back

"Shut it," she placed her index finger over her mouth motioning for hachan to shut up

"Just let me go please I beg you, I literally watch these every year and they look so fun," She begged Taeyong

The room was quite as no one dared to interrupt Taeyong and specially Hyeri, they had previously learned from experience to not interrupt either of them

Hyeri was now in front of Taeyong doing her best to convince him of allowing her to attend the Idol Star Athletic Championship

"They need my help, I mean have you seen the way they run even a turtle can beat them,"

Some of the members laughed silently while Johnny and Yuta looked offended

"If I let you go promise me to bring back a medal," Taeyong smiled at her

Hyeri screamed and started running around, overjoyed with happiness

"Yes yes yes a million times Yes!"

Taeyong held out his pinky waiting for her to intertwine them together

Pinky promising was like a tradition between the two, everytime they both make a promise to eachother they never forget to intertwine their pinky's

"Don't forget to have fun though," he assured her

"Don't worry," She responded

"But please don't hurt anyone I know you can sometimes get a bit competitive," He suddenly had a flashback to when they were filming NCT Life in Seul with Kun and Winwin

-Flashback-

Both teams were currently competing in head ping pong it was Jaehyun, Doyoung, and Kun vs Yuta, Hyeri, Taeyong, and Winwin

"Come on Taeyong we have to win," Hyeri punched his shoulder

"Don't be a little baby back bi-" she almost swore if it wasn't for Jaehyun interrupting her

"Don't you dare finish that sentence Hyeri," he pointed his finger at her

It was Taeyong vs Jaehyun

As Taeyong had lost the rock, paper, scissors battle, Jaehyun had the first shot

Jaehyun took his chance and threw the ball to which Taeyong unknowingly missed

"Bro you suck let me do it," she pushed Taeyong a little too hard which resulted in him loosing balance and falling down

"What did I tell you, don't be a little baby back bit-" the directors then proceeded to ask Taeyong if he was ok

"He's fine he's just being a little baby, get up and win this sh-" she almost cursed again but then stopped talking

Anyways I know that Chenle, Lucas, and Jeno are attenting this year but the episode wont air until late September so I just decided to do last years
