Stella's POV

I told jess everything , but , not the part about Marc and my mother ... because that's the only thing that's the only thing keeping me away from Gabriel , and i honestly know that i can't be with him because of that .. that's the line between us , no amount of sorry's will ever fix that ,.

"Stella? i think you're in your own world now .." Jess said while waving her hand in front of me

"by the way .. Daisy is like super cute , aren't you Daisy?" she said while smiling to towards Daisy who's eating beside her kinda messily

"yup  .. my mummy told me so" she said while chewing the spaghetti she was eating right now 

"yeah .. she's the best , always brightens my day" i said while smiling towards Daisy and Jess

"so Jess.. where are you working now? " i asked Jess

"you know that wedding boutique we always talked about on the main road ? granted .. i worked there as an illustrator" she said to me proudly , of course she must be so proud , that's what she always wanted ever since we started uni ,

"that's so great Jess ... i'm so happy for you"i told her

"hey Stell? i've been wanting to say this to you after you told me about Gabriel .. you know that you can never be with him right??"   she eyed me , i know that she's only trying to protect me , she's my best friend after all and she's just looking out for me , and i certainly would do the same if we were to switch places.

"i know .. but , i still feel something Jess , i tried to ignore it for some time .. but , after he came back .. i can't anymore .. it's so wrong on so many level" i said while face palming myself

"is this about the weird man that came mummy??" Daisy asked me ..she's always so curious 

"Daisy .. finish your food honey , we'll look for some ice cream after this" i said to her trying to change the subject so she focused on something else

"yeaaayy !! i want vanilla mummy !!" she said while she hurriedly trying to finish her food so she can have some ice cream

"it's okay Stella .. i don't exactly know how you feel because i've never been in your position but , please just try to avoid him .. if you know in your heart that he's no good for you .. then what good will he be for her?" she said while referring to Daisy so she wouldn't notice that she's being mentioned , otherwise she will start asking question again

"yeah .. you're right , i should get my ducks in a row " i sighed feeling so bad for myself because i have led Gabriel back into my life

"well i should get going now.. we should hang out more often , duty calls ..by the way .. i would choose that hunk Robert rather than Gabriel if i were you ..just saying " she laughed as she raised her hand in defeat and laughed it off .

"bye jess ... yeah we should sometimes, Daisy say 'bye bye' " i laughed while i told Daisy to waved Jess goodbye

as me and Daisy drove back home , i noticed that Daisy fell asleep in the car , she always does that , she can't stand five minutes in the car without sleeping lol..as we parked to out driveway , i stopped the car and admire a sleeping Daisy , never cease to amaze me that i have this kid.. i was so young back then .. as i was lost in my thoughts a knock was on my side window and i see a way too familiar man standing beside my car , to be honest i was shocked , it's like he came out of nowhere

i opened my window car a bit

"hey .." he said

"hey Gabe...wait, i'm coming out" i said telling him to back away so i can open up my car door.

"where were you? i was waiting outside your house all morning  " he asked so suddenly when i came out of my car

"out ..why should that concern you?" i told him 

"are we back to this Stella? we were just fine yesterday .. you told me that you'll try" he said to me

"i'm sorry Gabriel we shouldn't have done this.. it's my mistake , yesterday was a mistake .. " i told him as i saw changed in his eyes and his muscle tensed

"it's because of him is it??!  tell me the truth! you're Fu*king him now aren't you?!!" he screamed to my face

"shhh.. Daisy's sleeping and No! it's just plain common sense , yesterday was just a moment of weakness .. i can't do this with you, and by the way .. you didn't even change one bit " i told him off , because the tone he used to talk to me was exactly the old Gabriel i used to to fear

i tried to walk pass him to get Daisy from the other side of the car but , he caught my forearm ..

"you're not going anywhere and neither is she.." he seethed to me , my eyes widened at his action towards me

"Gabe let go of me! .. i'm not afraid of you , whatever we are .. just don't make it any harder" i told him

"you love me Stella ,and you can't take away my daughter from me" he said to me as his green  eyes bore into mine

"whatever .." i said as i pried  off his hands and carried a sleeping Daisy on my arms

"there's nowhere to hide now!! ..you're always mine to begin with " He screamed as i walked inside my house and we left him outside as i hurriedly locked all the doors to my house

God .. Jess is right .. i should't have let him in , he hadn't change even one bit , he's still the same cruel Gabriel who'll throw a fit when he doesn't have what he wants ..

how could i be so stupid , there's nothing stopping him now .. and i certainly can't go back to Robert , he'll just think i was just using him ..

i just want to sink into the floor now

"mummy .. why is that weird man yelling at us?" Daisy suddenly said from the couch , she has been fake sleeping all along .. oh Daisy ...

"mummy why are you crying?" she asked me while walking towards me 

"it's nothing Daisy ..." i said as i hugged her small frame 

"i love you baby" i said as i kissed her forehead and she kissed my cheeks in return

"i love you more mummy" she said back to me that made my heart melt.
