-------For so long Loki tried to get any form of love from his father but most ended in being banished or his pleas being ignored. He had grown tired of that and eventually stopped trying with his life, simply doing whatever he wanted even if it was a crime.
Though his father had began to pay attention to Loki after he turned to crime and even banished the god from Asgard without many of his powers. His brother Thor was quick to take him under his wing despite Loki's emphasis that he could survive perfectly fine without help.
This led him to being dragged around wherever Thor goes including back to Asgard despite the banishment and even Stark tower.
With his brother finally settling in one place Loki was forced to do the same and stay on Thor's floor in the building where various other Avengers stayed.Unsurprisingly Loki made no attempt to talk to the others and had to be forced out of the room he was placed in to go eat with the others or tag along on missions when his brother forced him too.
What was a surprise was he never pulled pranks on the others nor did he try to get up to mischief; he was always either reading a book or just staring at a wall with a blank expression on his features.
Currently he was just resting in a corner in the communal room where his brother, Tony, Steve, Peter, Bruce and a few others were. They talking about one of the more recent attacks on New York while Loki was reading what seemed to be an ancient magic book.
He glanced up when he heard his name being brought up but he simply turned his attention back to the book in his hands with a blank expression.
