Feeling lightheaded

Don't you just hate it when you get lightheaded as soon as you stand up like if you sat down for too long or laying down for too long and once you stand up you feel lightheaded for a second.

So I was eating lunch and while I was I watched Pokemon because I was bored and I sat on a chair for about an hour and I went over to the couch to watch the rest of the episode until my iPad died so I got up and I felt lightheaded like I was about to faint .-.

Yep that's what I get for sitting for an hour....god damnit
