Your POV
I was working as hard as I can to set the biggest party for Scrooge. He may not like parties like I've been told, but this is the first party I've celebrated his birthday with us as a couple. I ordered the decorations, with my credit card, and so far they are perfect for a masquerade ball. I was setting up masks over the sculptures of Scrooge and some paintings. Dewey was in charge of playing music, Louie was in charge of helping me set up the decorations, and Huey was busy making invitations. Webby and Mrs. Beakley was in the kitchen, making food.

"Louie, remember the red streamer has to be on the awning over the staircase while the black streamers goes around the staircase rods," I said as I laid a tablecloth over the DJ table. "So Auntie (Y/N), why am I in charge of inviting guests?", Huey grumbled. I shook my head, giggling silently at the mention of 'auntie'. "Well, a little birdie told me what happened last year when you put Louie in charge of invitations." Huey shuddered at the mention of last years party when all of the guests were Scrooge's worst enemies. "Good point," Huey responded as he continued to make invitations. "Remember, Dewey, don't put too much DJ remixes. The limit is ten and the rest is classical." Dewey nodded and went to the DJ table to put on the music in order. I finished with the masks and went over to the painting of Scrooge with his gold. "Oh Scroogie, I hope you really enjoy this day. Not for me, your family, or friends. But, for yourself." I kissed the painting, earning a few giggles from the boys. I blushed and saw Duckworth dusting some vases, even though he is a ghost. "Duckworth," I said while watching him. "Miss. (L/N), I am worried about Mr. McDuck's wishes of not having a party, ever. However, I am happy for you both and your enthusiasm for doing all of this." "Just remember, don't scare our guests and don't tell Scrooge once he gets here about his party."

Duckworth agreed and went away to dust some more. I went to my bedroom and pulled out my dress for tonight.

I heard Mrs

I heard Mrs. Beakley come up and I stopped her to help me lace up my corset and help me in the dress. "Oh Mrs. Beakley, I really hope Scrooge loves this party." Mrs. Beakley pulled the dress over my head and stood back as she smiled brightly. I looked in the mirror and had tears in my eyes. "Its perfect, I need help with my hair if you can help me that will be great Mrs. Beakley." Mrs. Beakley lead me to the bathroom and started to curl my hair.

Scrooge's POV
I got into my limo as I exited the Money Bin office. The business men were reasonable with my expenses, but they were still talking on and on about how not to spend MY hard earned money. But, the other thing that was on my mind was spending some alone time with my lass on my birthday. She was acting strange this mornin', but maybe the boys or Mrs. Beakley told her about not celebrating my birthday. Especially after what happened last year. The limo pulled up to the gate and Launchpad opened my door as I stepped out and unlocked my front door. The lights were out, but I suddenly heard classical music play.

"Ladies and gentlemen. We are gathered here today to celebrate the birth of the greatest and richest duck in all of Duckberg, Scrooge McDuck!" I heard my love say as she began to walk downstairs, looking very beautiful in her dress. She gave me a big hug while the guests began to waltz. "Happy birthday, Scroogie." My emotions were going through the roof in my head. Love, shock, and anger raced in my head as I hugged her back. "Lass," I growled in her ear.

Your POV
I began to shrink a bit in my heels as he growled in my ear. "I know that you are new here in my manor, but I don't normally celebrate my birthday due to the reminder of my old age." I kissed his cheek and said, "You are most certainly not old and I know what happened last year as the boys told me everything." Scrooge shook his head as he looked at me, wrapping my arm around his elbow. "Well, let us see how old I am with my dance skills." He lead me to the dance floor as we began to waltz gracefully. "Lass, you dance so well, but how did you put this together?" I giggled and said in his ear, "Your family helped me." Scrooge looked in the corner of his eye and saw the boys whistling at us. Scrooge chuckled while shaking his head, dipping me. "You are so smart." "Smarter than the smarties and tougher than the toughies," I said. Scrooge nodded as he kissed my lips. Tonight was a great night to remember the date of birth of my love of my life. But, somehow I had a feeling he might get me back, somehow, for celebrating his birthday.
