Two-Bit's POV

I watch silently from the chair in Y/N's room, she was sleeping in her bed. She got sick today, and I told her I would stay with her until I knew she was okay. She objected, but I didn't budge. Honestly, I was worried about her.

She told me to go to sleep a while ago, and I promised her I would after I knew she was okay. And she was whimpering, so I couldn't go to sleep. But, I also didn't want to wake her.

She shot up in her bed, and I rush to her side. "Y/N, are you alright?" I ask.

"I'm fine Two," she assures me, "it was just a nightmare."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, go to sleep." She tells me, sighing and turning to her back.

I walk silently back to the chair, but I was too worried to fall asleep now. Watching her closely, I listen to her breathing.

After about ten minutes of watching her beautiful self trying to fall asleep, she woke me from a deep thought, saying, "Are you still awake?"

"Yeah." I answer, I wasn't going to sleep for a while now. "Are you sure that you're okay?"

"No," she admits, "can you come lay with me?"

I move to the other side of her bed, quietly moving under the covers. I lay there a few seconds, watching her lay on her side of the bed, when I notice she shivers. "Are you cold baby?"

"Yeah." She answers. I scooch closer to her, wrapping my arms around her tense body.

"Better?"

"Yeah, thank you." I adjust myself, trying to make her the most comfortable she can be. Playing with the ends of her long hair, listening to her breathing slow. Thank the Lord she was finally falling asleep.

"I love you." I tell her. She was truly mesmerizing.

"I love you too." She answers me, her body's tenseness disappearing.
