Perrie woke up feeling a strong arm around her, before she could open her eyes she felt his breathing in her neck.

-Why it needs to happen in the worst time princess? And what are you doing to me?- he sighed and then got up from the bed kissing her forehead before leaving the room, she opened her eyes and started to think in his words "worst time?" Harper was the first thing that came to her mind, maybe if they had met in another time, before the Harper thing would had work between them, but they didn't, and she made up her mind it was time to accept she lost. After whipping the few tears that escaped from her eyes she got up and went to look for Alex. When she found him in the kitchen she saw he was shirtless but that wasn't the main reason why she smiled, he was cooking and for what he was cooking she knew it was for her.

-I warned you of it, of course you didn't mind because you just wanted to sleep more- he said after he burned dinner and they needed to ordered pizza

-I thought you knew the basics- Perrie shrugged and laughed

-Why did you never learn?- Alex looked at her and sighed

-When I was a child my dad used to say he only learn to cook when he fell in love with my mom so he could cook for her and then for us, I was a kid so I promise myself I would only learn to cook the day I knew I found the woman for me so I could cook for her and for my kids, but as I don't have kids and I haven't found her I don't know how to, it is stupid but that's one of the things I got from my dad- he giggled and Perrie smiled

-What about Harper?-

-I did think she was the one for me but with her it was always fancy restaurants and stuffs like that, so I never thought of that-Perrie giggled and denied

-I think your promise is cute-

She decided to put all the thoughts she had in bed apart and walked to him

-Did you find her?- her arms went around his torso and she kissed his back, she felt how he tensed up and was about to move her hands when he put his on hers

-I thought I did, but now I don't know anymore- she didn't know what to think her heart started to beat faster about the idea he thought she was the woman of her life but then he wasn't sure anymore and she knew why. She put in front of him and cupped his face

-I'm so sorry cutie- she got closer and kissed him trying to show him no one could ever love him as much as she does while he tries to push away the idea of her with another man

-We need to talk Perrie, I need to know why you did that- she looked down and nodded, this wasn't going to be a nice talk and both of them knew it

-Can we at least have breakfast first?- she begged him with her eyes and he nodded, after all they have been through those eyes were still his weakness

They ate quietly, both of them could feel the tension, they knew what was coming and were scared of it when they finished they stood still looking at the empty dishes

-Are you done?- Alex's voice interrupted her thoughts and she nodded, he took her plate and wash it

-Can we talk now?- she was afraid of looking at him, so she kept her look down and nodded

-Come- he gave her hand and lead her to the bedroom, when she went in she sat in the bed next to him

-Why you did it Perrie?- his voice was hard he was angry but wasn't what hurt Perrie, he was disappointed of her and that was worst

-It just happened Alex, you were or are with Harper and I was heartbroken I told you I love you, but you didn't care... you walked away- her voice was starting to cut and he could see the tears forming in her eyes
