NAMJOON'S POV

The fact that our best friend and fellow member has been brutally murdered barely registered in our minds when all hell broke loose.

The lights flickered violently, the kitchen cabinets slamming open and close. The drawers rattled, as forks and knives fell onto the floor. Papers fly from where they were sitting on the table, scattering themselves in between where we were sitting on the floor.

"C-Call the police!" Jin shouted, assuming his role as the oldest.

"I c-can't get through!" Hoseok hurriedly replies, "I have no s-service"

I check my phone, pulling it out of my pocket.

"T-Taehyung"

I focus on Jeongguk, the youngest ghosting his hands over Taehyung's cold, blood-stained face. His own face stained with the mixture of blood and tears.

"L-let's go to the p-police station by foot if we can't through to t-them" Jimin's fragile voice piped in. I looked over at him, seeing him huddled in on himself, blankly staring at Jungkook and Taehyung, tears streaking his face.

Yoongi gently cooed Hoseok to let go of his arm before walking towards the door.

"Oh Hyung, thank you for remaining calm to settle the maknae's... to settle my racing heart.."

I watch him turn the knob and tug, before tugging again. And again. And once more more harshly.

"W-what the hell?" He breathes out, struggling against the door before slamming his entire body into it. The noise of the impact and his swearing resonant through the apartment.

I only just now realize how quiet and cold it has gotten.

"Namjoon.."

I turn my head to face the voice.

Jin was holding up one of the countless amount of papers that had falling in and around us when the apartment decided to have a mind of its own. On it in blood, was written;
