Ellie and Sebastian went on to have those 3 more babies. They had 2 more boys and 1 more girl and all the boys had Sebastian's hair color and the baby girl had Ellie's blonde hair. Ellie and Sebastian eventually moved upstate where she worked as a nurse for the ER and Sebastian worked as just an EMT.
