"Let him go." Jays voice was harsh and so full of aggression that it surprised even Cole.
"And what? You'll kick me in the shins?" The knife holder laughed, pressing the knife closer to Coles neck. The man holding the knife seemed in no way fearful of Jays words, but if he had known that it wasn't often Jay spoke so tersely he would be, at least that's what Cole thought.
Jay gritted his teeth at the response. Truthfully, he had no idea what he was going to do.
The blade pressed against Coles neck harder, and he felt it gentle slice through a layer of skin, and blood started to coat his neck. Cole locked eyes with Jay and it was all over.
Jay winced as he saw the knife slide violently against Coles neck.
"SIMULATION OVER" a blaring voice spoke. Jay sighed as the scenery faded away and it was just him and Cole in a large empty room.
"God I'm horrible at this." Jay groaned.
"Hey, don't beat yourself up over it." Cole spoke, resting a hand on the blue ninjas shoulder. "We'll have tons of time to practice." He smiled. Jay looked up to Cole, not quite believing his words but sent a smile back at him anyways.
