Lauren suddenly heard a knock on her door. Was that Camila?

She had given the younger girl her address through text and Lauren had no idea why. But it's not like Camila would stalk her or anything so it's all good.

She heard another knock on the door and you could say she was knocked out of her thoughts.

She ran quickly downstairs and walked towards the door. Who was at the door? Camila? Probably.

Lauren opened the door to find Camila holding a bouquet of flowers and a sad face on. Camila held out the flowers to Lauren and finally smiled.

"I wasn't sure if you believed me when I said I was sorry, so here I am." Camila laughed.

Lauren smiled widely and brought the smaller girl into a warm hug.

"I will always believe you Camila, you wouldn't lie to me, right?" Lauren said while pulling away.

"Yes, I would never lie to you and you wouldn't lie to me either, right?" Camila laughed with a big smile on her face.

"Never."

---

"Would you rather..." Camila thought. They had been playing would you rather for the past thirty minutes and Camila had never been so happy in her life, "Fart glitter or puke rainbows?"

Lauren laughed loudly and smiled at Camila, "Definetely puke rainbows."

"Same," Camila said, "You know I better be going home now to have dinner..."

"Why don't we go out to eat together?" Lauren said and Camila's face visibly brightened.

"Really?" Camila said and Lauren nodded.

"Come on! We can go right now." Lauren said and stood up. Camila trailed behind her like a happy puppy, skipping to the front door.

She was going to eat with Lauren.
At a restaurant.
It sounded like a date.

---

Thy arrived at the restaurant and luckily managed to get a table. The restaurant was busy, and Lauren had been there before so she knew they had great food on offer. They sat down at the table for two and almost immediately after sitting down, a waiter came and ordered their drinks.

"Can I have a lemonade please?" Camila asked and the waiter nodded.

"What would you like, miss."

"I'll have water, thank you." Lauren replied and the waiter nodded again and walked away.

"Water? That's boring." Camila said.

"Why thank you for your kind words, Camila!" Lauren replied.

"I was only telling the truth," Camila smiled, "Anyway, what are you thinking of getting?"

"I don't really know... Maybe the spaghetti?"

"I'm getting the pizza. I love pizza." Camila licked her lips and Lauren had only just realised how beautiful they were. Camila had put on a light pink lipstick which made her lips look extremely soft, Lauren wondered what would happen if she just-

"Here are your drinks, ladies." The waiter said and placed the water in front of Lauren and the lemonade in front of Camila. They said thank you and the waiter walked off.

"I know." Lauren said and Camila looked up to her.

"What?"

"I know you love pizza."

"When did I tell you that?" Camila asked with a confused expression on her face.

"Over text like ages ago." Lauren said and laughed.

"Oh." Camila said, "What's your favorite food?"

"I have multiple favorites, I can't choose."

"Well you obviously know what my favorote food is." Camila laughed and took a sip of her lemonade.

The waiter came over and took there orders, Camila geting a pizza and Lauren, the spaghetti.

While they were waiting for there pizza, Lauren couldn't help but notice how beautiful Camila's eyes were. Even though Lauren hated chocolate, she loved Camila's eyes because they were chocolate colored. It's like her eyes told a story, and Lauren wanted to get to the next chapter in it.

Lauren's thoights were cut off my the waiter putting their meals in front of them. "Enjoy your meals." He smiled.

Camila immediately began eating her pizza. Lauren smiled at her eagerness and she began to eat too.

After they had finished their meals, a different waiter came up to take them.

"Do you wanna go to the beach?" Lauren asked and Camila looked at her and smiled.

"Yes"

---

They were walking together down the empty beach.

"Isn't it so beautiful?" Layren said and Camila nodded.

"It really is."

They looked eachother in the eyes and smiled.

"Why don't we sut down here?" Lauren suggested and Camila agreed. When they sat down, Lauren checked her phone for the time.

"8.15pm. We can stay here for a while" Lauren said. They sat in a comfortable silence for about five minutes until Camila decided to speak.

"You know, I went out for lunch with Dinah and now I'm going out for dinner with you. It's been a very eventful day for me."

I can make it more eventful

Lauren thought but quickly shook her head. Camila didn't even feel that way for her. Or did she? She suddenly found herself staring at the beautiful brunette to her left. She was staring up at the moon, seeming to be in her own world. What woild happen if she kissed her right now? Would their friendship crumble to pieces and never be able to be put back again? Or would it grow into something more? Lauren didn't want it to be the first one, but she was sure that the second one wouldn't happen. But there was a possibility. Lauren looked down and sighed sadly. Camila notixed and ran her hand across her back. It sent shivers down Lauren's spine.

"Are you okay?" She asked softly. Lauren nodded, "You said you would never lie to me Lauren."

"Fine I'm not."

"What's on your mind?" Camila asked and her heart rate immediately went faster when Lauren looked her in the eyes.

"I don't really know... it's confusing." Lauren said and looked at Camila with a gaze that asked 'please don't ask anymore questions'.

Camila nodded.

She wanted to kiss the sadness awat from Lauren so bad. She looked at Lauren and already found her gaze on her. She watched as Lauren's gaze flicked down to her lips and her eyes did the same. This wasn't going to happen. What Camila had dreamed of was finally happening.

Suddenly, they were both pulling in.
