"Okay, game plan." Jackson said. "You need to go to his flat. You need to say it straight up. You need to leave his flat."

"This is serious." I told him.

"I'm being serious." He laughed.

"Jackson," I scolded him.

"There's no other way, you need to have confidence. You need to hurry also because the longer you wait, the more hurt he's going to be."

I let out a sigh, "I have to do it today. The longer I wait, the more I'm hurting myself. I'm tired of hurting myself to protect everyone else's feelings."

"Alright, then go." He said.

"You're coming with me." I said. "I'm your ride back to the hotel."

"Oh I am not going into his flat and standing in that awkwardness."

"No need, I just need you to stand outside. Alright?"

"Fine," He gave in.

"Come on," I said and pulled him out of the booth.

We got in my car and hurried to Daniel's. We got out and went to his flat.

"Good luck," Jackson smiled.

"Thanks," I nodded and walked in, "Daniel?"

I let the door shut as the flat stayed silent.

"Daniel?" I asked again as I headed for the stairs.

I ran up, seeing his door slightly open. I heard him laughing.

"Bro, that's crazy." I heard another voice.

"Daniel?" I asked as I pushed the door open.

I saw him standing in front of his mirror as I saw another boy sat on his bed. He had brown hair with bright blue eyes and freckles.

"Hi," I smiled.

"Alexis, this is Froy." Daniel said.

"It's nice to meet you but I guess this isn't a good time." I said.

"What?" Daniel asked.

"I have to talk to you, in private. It's really important. The sooner the better," I told him.

"Froy is cool, just say it."

"I don't think you want that." I shook my head. "You really don't want that."

"Alexis," He laughed.

I took a deep breath and began to feel bad, but I couldn't hold this off.

"I can't marry you." I said.

He looked taken aback as Froy sucked in a breath.

"What?"

"I'm sorry," I said and pulled off the ring.

I sat it in his palm.

"Why not?" He asked. "Why did you want to yesterday but not day?"

"I never wanted to," I said, "To be completely honest with you."

"Why not?" He asked. "I've done so much for you."

"I love you Daniel, a lot but I'm not in love with you." I said. "I'm in love with Byron. I'm sorry."

I pulled back and left the flat.

"How'd it go?" Jackson asked.

"We need to leave right this second." I said and pulled him.
