This could be due to a spam bot or spam program someone used to try and shut down Chashmishes account. It can happen and it can be bad or good depending on it's usage. It is still rude and unfair.
Spam bots are sometimes used on YouTube by person a to put negative comments in person b's video because they dislike person b's opinion and if more than one persons saying it it has to be true...right? So people believe it and ignore person b's video and gives person a a higher chance of being recognized and person a also gets to bully person b.
Spam bots can also be used on things like roblox to spam and overload a server so it shuts down and can not be used or spread a link or message across a vast lay out of people's profiles. Usually to get attention or stop a server by someone they dislike.
Another use of spam bots is popularity, a million bots liking your video is still a million likes, and will earn popularity for that individual. That's why the 'are you a robot tests' exist, in order to stop programs like that or spam bots in general.

Mrchashmish's original profile was probably subject to this in a certain form. Wattpad has measures and programs in place to make sure this doesn't happen but it did happen so it counts as a glitch. On top of all this most people will be unable to access Chashmish's original profile due to the fact it 'crashed' or in other words glitched. Like so,
