wattpad why.

Chapters appearing and dissapearing!! Very bad glitch!!

It's one of my books that crashed, I'm not sure if it's happened to someone else or not but this is about how it went, if you want you can skip to the last paragraphs that are underlined that tell you what the glitch did if you do not want to read the full part. The most important information is underlined at the end of this chapter!
I was trying to update it.

It notified wattpad of a problem. That's new, must mean it's serious.
And me being a idiot, I don't take screenshots of it duplicating chapters several times and saying it wasn't synced. Why do I not believe in the warnings being glitches? Because recently my device did say it has 15 viruses on it (Though now I'm sure it was a pop up to try and make me download a actual virus).

I got a program that checks for glitches;

turns out Im virus free and it was a glitch... great.

"Should have the problem fixed soon"... it wasn't fixed soon last time!

My phone ran out of power at this point in time... then I come back on; sell off the adopts in that adopt book and fix the chapters.

And now I'm mildly concerned someone else may be on my account, I changed the password in the settings menu.

I go back to notifications and try to continue replying to people when I get booted out.

What the heck went wrong??
I'm not sure but I feel like that logging out automatically is just part of updating your password so all other people trying to use your account also get booted off. Either way I log back on.

And I try to edit the adopt story again...

All the extra chapters except the untitled had disappeared! Along with my most recent chapter ? Then when I try to edit anything it says the story isn't downloaded!?

Leafwing[s] (Closed)(Closed)&(Closed) is now unaccessible and is gone. Luckly I still have the images of the adopts and the data of who adopted what in my notifications.

This glitch happened and this is what it did;
multiplied some of my chapters (putting the multiplied versions in as drafts) possibly logged me out of wattpad then deleted all recent chapters that I had worked on.

So this is a big glitch and could turn out to be very bad for most writers! Please tell your writer friends about this glitch so they can back up chapters they've probably put a lot of effort into!!

This glitch if it happens to enough people may actually effect the wattys but I doubt that at this point, I would still like to hear if anyone else has had this problem recently!!
