They gave me his name (only first name not last name) then where he lived (Country and State, luckily not the home address) and a photo of what he looked like...yeah that's great for keeping worker privacy. Just flat out giving me his first name, location, appearance, and what their job is (wattpad of course). It's totally not like that's the perfect information to give someone in order to figure out your address and everything about you.
So wattpad could do better on taking care of their own workers and keeping them a little more anonymous. I could probably look up the given information online and figure out where exactly this guy lives, that's not good if there is a very angry unstable extremist user or something wack who will use that to their advantage...

3 stars is in the middle. It's average. Not bad. Idk how to improve, it was fine and simple. I'm not a English teacher or something so I don't know if the grammar was perfect, so it's just normal. I selected "other" then submit and I got another page.

Again, it's in the middle. I had to go through a bunch of pages to submit the issue, first to home, then to my profile, then to settings, then to help & support, then to my issue isn't listed, and then comments & voting, then submit a ticket, then type it out, and finally it gets sent. I understand why they have many steps to narrow down what the issue is but it still could be more simple and settings could just be on the home page instead of tucked within the profile page. But it wasn't some great ordeal in order to get help either, it didn't take a hour of my time. It's just in the middle.

._ . The worker was fine. Everything was average. Go ahead and try to get the dude to work better but it's just a average email, there was nothing to truely be improved upon with the person themselves. Wattpad could take care of the privacy of their workers better but that's not part of the survey.
