Piper: When Piper develops a crush on Sole, she starts to feel an anxious tingling in her fingertips when they’re around. She becomes a walking, talking Freudian slip. “Hey Sole, what’s up? Heard you got a cute ass- I MEAN CAT! I mean cat! I heard you got a cute little cat from Abernathy’s! Oh geez! Uh, I gotta go! Squeeze you later- I MEAN SEE YOU LATER! UH!!!!!” Piper often has to run away tato-faced after conversing with Sole. Sole would go ahead and let her know they reciprocate her feelings, but where’s the fun in that?

Curie: These feelings are so new to Curie. It was exhilarating! It was joyous! And it was a little scary! Sometimes she wants so desperately to be close to Sole that her chest hurts. Whenever the mood strikes her she tracks down Sole and asks to hold them, to which Sole happily complies. Curie feels no embarrassment for making such requests whether it’s because she doesn’t care or doesn’t know any better. By far Curie is the fastest to launch into any form of romantic relationship with Sole. She openly confesses how she feels to Sole and asks them if it is normal to want someone so much that the feeling manifests itself in physical discomfort.

Cait: After Sole helped Cait kick her psycho addiction, Cait admired Sole. No one had cared that much about her in a long time, if ever. The feeling of attachment nests itself inside Cait’s heart and grows with each passing day. Cait begins to act little more possessively of Sole and becomes irritable whenever Sole sets out with a different companion. She also flirts hardcore; she’s not shy. And since she’s not shy, she pushes the boundaries of Sole’s personal space quite often by brushing shoulders, playful shoves, and Lord help Sole if Cait’s ever drunk. She likes to get handsy.

Danse: Augh, Danse couldn’t stop his thoughts from wandering back to Sole every five minutes. He tries to stuff his feelings away, rationalizing his actions by convincing himself that pursuing Sole isn’t worth the trouble. It’s against protocol, they’re busy, they just lost their spouse, they haven’t even shown an interest in him anyway. But whenever Sole comes near him, sticking close during a fire fight, visiting him when he’s recovering, bumping into one another at the small get togethers Sole hosts for their friends once in a while, Danse’s unrequited feelings spill out of his carefully constructed Pandora’s Box and press against his chest: it’s hard to breathe. He has a hard time concentrating when Sole speaks and he often leaves them hanging in a conversation as he stares intensely at their face.

Preston: Preston is one-hundo percent smitten school boy. He always greets Sole with a smile so wide it reaches his ears, and his speech is also a little speedier. “Hey General! I got something a littledifferent foryou asettlementsouthof-,“ Preston can feel his heart pounding on his ribcage when Sole is around, and he feels a little nervous but mostly excited. He laughs a little too much in his conversations with Sole, and he’s quick to offer help with small things like fetching a specific tool or bringing them a drink.

MacCready: When MacCready starts to feel a longing for Sole, he tries to subtly make up excuses to be closer to them, like sitting down beside them on a couch where there are already too many people sitting or hovering a little when helping Sole modify weapons. He also likes to share his favorite comics with Sole, and sometimes he asks Sole to relax with him while they read comics and drink Nuka-Cola. MacCready also tries (tries) to be sultry in his flirting with Sole, and he’s winking way too much. He ends up making them laugh more often than not which is fine by him. He loves their laugh.

Deacon: Deacon is absolutely enamored by Sole, and this absolutely terrifies him. Half of him wants to bear all to Sole, and the other half loathes even entertaining the thought of trusting someone enough to let them all the way in, even if that someone is Sole. He acts a little more aloof around Sole, cracking more jokes and keeping his distance physically because being close to Sole weakens his resolve. However, when Sole approaches him with friendly pats and side hugs, despite Deacon telling Sole he’s not the hugging type, he indulges them, and himself if he’s being honest; he likes to let those moments linger.

Nick: Nick treats Sole so gentlemanly it would make anyone swoon. He starts to refrain from using profanity so much in Sole’s presence, and when they wander the wastes Nick always takes point, even if Sole is better equipped to do so. Whenever they walk into a building, abandoned ones included, Nick holds the door for them, and if a slow song starts playing on the Pip Boy he always offers Sole a dance. He starts calling them “doll” and “darling,” and it always fills Sole with mirth. Nick lays it on thick, but he hopes that by doing so Sole will think he’s just being a silly old bot. He knows someone like him doesn’t have anything to offer Sole, and he is content with the flirting for now. It lets him be close to Sole without jeopardizing their partnership.

Hancock: Boy does Hancock love to flirt. Anything to paint Sole’s cheeks tato red. He’s suave with his words and pretty hands on in his style of wooing. Whenever he and Sole have downtime he constantly hooks his arm around their arm or leans on their shoulder with his elbow. He also likes to whisper in Sole’s ear. Not anything dirty really, he just likes how Sole reacts when his breath tickles their ear. He generally plays his flirting off as part of his over-the-top personality. He would be genuinely surprised if Sole responded to his advances because someone as gorgeous as Sole would never give his pruney mutfruit face a second glance; at least that’s what he believes. It hurts to think about that so he likes to chase those thoughts away with chems.

X6-88: Without understanding why, X6 notices himself becoming severely possessive of Sole. His comments to other companions are no longer just degrading, but borderline offensive, and he’s quick to anger when Sole insists on letting him rest for a spell while they head out with someone else. After wrestling with his feelings and questioning Curie in confidence about them, he concludes that he harbors an attraction to Sole. Now he will just randomly grab Sole’s hand at any moment, and he constantly offers assistance when Sole is performing everyday tasks.
