Pearlnet - The ship between Garnet and Pearl
It's actually pretty cute. I can stand by the ship, really.
Except...
Garnet is already a relationship. Loving partners, Ruby and Sapphire, create Garnet.
Now, I get it if we're going by the whole "Garnet is a seperate being" but if we're not it's kinda awkward.
But canon wise, Pearl is very dependent on others, especially Garnet. I can actually see Pearl having these sorts of feelings for her, and honestly, it seems like the ship is very, very, VERY mildly canon.

(A note from a future self: I wrote this when I didn't know being poly was a thing, so I can say now that I don't see it as big of an issue for Garnet to be a relationship nowadays, but my main opinion hasn't changed that Pearl likely sees something in Garnet and wants some kind of relationship due to her nature, but Garnet is really not interested given the sort of person and relationship she is.)
