This book is the second book in my spirituality series, this book covers the basics of spirituality from the knowledge I got from creatures and from what I have seen and learned. I hope you enjoy this book. ^^
Now im going to tell how to start spiriruality and some in-depth info of the basics of spirituality. But first here's a quick picture of the 7 spiritual body chakras, see below:

those are the 7 main body chakras you will learn and read about them more later on in this book. Now let's talk about how you can start your spiritual journey. There are 3 steps for this process and they are: 1. Do some research first, so you don't just hop into spirituality unprepared because it's not good to just dive right into something you don't understand yet. (so it a good thing my spirituality book series will help you understand spirituality and such.) 2. Meditate and 3. Try to contact your spirit guide above all else when it comes to spirituality. So there you go the 3 steps on how to start spirituality. Now i'm going to tell you how to know if your spirit guides trying to contact you, there are 3 signs that tell you that your spirit guide may be trying to get your attention. Here are those 3 signs: 1. You hear a voice in your head every now and then that calls your name. 2. A certain item or object is calling to you (note: the item or object will often resemble a creature or animal on it or some kind spiritual like signage on it.) and 3. You may feel as if something is with you or protecting you (and a side sign that is very rare but happens, is a object that looks pretty or spirit like may be in random area your in.) so there are the 3 signs that your spirit guide may be trying to contact you or get your attention so always be open and on the look out for signs like that and pay attention to them. There are two other creatures that will help guide you through out your spiritual journey too and they are; the soul creature and your gaurdian angel you will learn more about those later on in the book too so don't worry.
