(chaennie) can i stay here?

It's already past midnight yet Chaeyoung still couldn't get some sleep.

She kept tossing and turning on her bed.

She sat up and grabbed her phone to check the time.

1.45 a.m.

She ruffled her hair frustratedly before an idea came up.

She grabbed her pillow then got off of her bed with blanket wrapped loosely around her body.

She turned the door's knob the room beside her slowly as she peeked inside the dark room and found someone moving slightly on the bed.

"Chaeng?" asked the girl making sure of her sleep's intruder with the help of the dim light by the moon. "What happened?"

Chaeyoung pouted as she walked closer to the bed after closing the door. "I can't sleep. Can I stay here?"

Without thinking any longer, the half-awake girl moved a bit and gave some space. "Sure. C'mere." She patted the empty spot next to her.

"Thank you, Jennie unnie."

As soon as Chaeyoung laying beside her, Jennie instinctively turned facing her and side-hugged the younger girl who started to feel sleepy as soon as the older girl wrapped her arms around her.
