Lance admires Shiro since he entered the garrison.
How beautiful he was,how strong how ambitious,how brave how...perfect he was.He couldn't deny it he was...he was...in love with Shiro but story's aren't always perfect and this one isn't different,I mean at the time they were in the Garrison Lance was 16 and Shiro was 20 it's been 4 years since their stuck in space so ya now it's "sociable accepted" the 2 of them to date each other.
This was Lance's thought's and Shiro didn't think on another thing without being Lance soooo it could work out but Lance was to shy to talk abut is feelings with Shiro and Shiro thought that Lance liked Allura.
And now their stuck with each other in space and everyone knows about Lance's crush (without being Shiro obviously)but Keith was the only one who knew about Shiro's crush.
