"We're here" The boy said as he stopped the car in front of beautiful house it was big it has a pool too. The girl helped me to get out of the car the girl hold my hand and she gave me a look 'c'mon follow me'

The boy knocked on the door then a woman with a worried face opened the door "OH MY GOD STEVE WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?!" She yelled at the boy "Oh...uhhh...we just went to a party" he answered "JESUS party huh why didn't you told us and.......who is that girl over there?" She said pointing at me "Oh mom I saw her at the road soaking wet.....so I decided to bought her here."

"Steve are you serious" a man popped out of nowhere said

"Yes!....Yes I am" he said

"Ehhh what if her family is looking for her right now huh?" His mom said

"That's why I'm keeping her because she doesn't have one!" He yelled

"Then what are you expecting us to do?" The man said I could really see to his face that he's worried and angry at the same time

"Can we just adopt her besides I didn't have any siblings" He said

"We'll talk about this tomorrow. Right now get change and get some rest. And as for you..." She said pointing at me again "we're gonna talk" She said I don't even know why but my palms are really sweating right now and I can tell I am nervous

"So where did you come from?" She asks

"Bad place"I answered. She rose a brow

"How old are you?"

"I don't know"

"What do you think honey?"

"I think she looks like 10 years old"

"Okay. Whats your name?"

"Seventeen"

"Oh. That's a nice name. Where are your parents?"

"Gone"

"Oh that sucks"

"Papa"

"What about him sweetie"

"He's bad"

"Oh would you mind if you sleep here"

I nod

"Oh I mean not here in Alexa's (just change if your name is Alexa) room"

"Alexa?"

"Oh she's our daughter but she you know,gone......she past ago when she was 11" She said as a tear escaped her eyes

"Oh sorry"

"No don't its not your fault dear,honey can you show her Alexa's room?" She requested

"Yeah sure"

"Okay sweetie there are old cloths in the room maybe you can change with the comfortable one" she said

"Okay let's go, I'm Jeffrey by the way and you're seventeen right?"

"Yes"

"I kinda think that my wife likes you"
