Angelic's pov I woke up to my alarm blaring in my ear, i groaned and stopped it I sat up on my bed for about 3 minutes to recollect life when I was done I stood up and went to my dresser and picked out my outfit

, I was finna head into the bathroom when August came in
"LiLi imma need you to be home right after school" he said
"Why?" I asked
"Cause i want you to meet somebody" he said
"Ok" I said then he left
I went into the bathroom and did my daily hygiene when I was done I came out, put on my outfit and checked my phone it was now 7:15 I grabbed my book bag and went downstairs
"See you later August I'm going to school" I yelled
"Alright see you after school" he said
And with that I left out and headed to school.
After school
Angelic's pov The bell rang indicating that it was now time to go I was finna leave out the class when my teacher reminded me that I had detention, I groaned... I went to my locker and put my books in and went straight to detention. When I walked in Mr.Nay the detention teacher was sitting in the chair on his phone
"Drop your phone off in the phone basket" he said
"But you got your phone" I said back
"So, I'm the teacher...now drop phone or that's another day in detention" he said
I groaned and dropped my phone in the basket, I went and sat down,when I started to feel like I forgot something and then it hit me
"AUGUST!!" I said out loud
"Angelic, quiet" Mr.Nay said
August's pov: I'm gonna kill her when she gets here, I just asked if she could simply come home after school and she can't even do that. I looked at my girlfriend and she was on her phone I huffed
"August, is she coming? Because I have to leave in 15 minutes to go pick up my mom " she said
"Yeah She should be here inna minute" I said pulling my phone out texting her
A hour later
Angelic's pov The bell rang for us to leave detention I went to grab my phone and seen 39 texts from August and 13 missed calls, omg he's going to kill me I said
"Who going to kill you" I heard someone say
I turned around seeing Deshae the boy I met in biology class earlier this week
"Oh um no one" I said to him
I turned back around and began to walk home. When I got there my heart started to pound, I walked up the door step and put the key in and turned it...I turned the knob and the door flew open revealing August, he was mad, he reached out and snatched me in the house and I fell on the floor I looked at him
