My eyes widened and my heart dropped, it was Deshae

"Deshae, What are you doing here?" I asked

"I came to see if you where okay, you weren't returning any of my texts or calls I was worried about you" He said

"I'm sorry, I'm fine you have to g-" I said before getting cut off

"Lic who's at the doo...r" August said coming down stairs looking at the door

I quickly turn around

"Deshae, leave" I said

"No, I'm leaving with out you" He said

August came to the door and swung it wide open making it hit the wall, putting a hole in it

"Get the fuck off my porch before I kill you nigga" August said with anger in his face

"August, pl-" I said before getting cut off

"Shut the fuck up and stay back" August said pushing me to the ground

"Aye" Deshae said pushing August

August tackled deshae and they started fighting, tears started falling from my eyes, I didn't want this to happen I didn't want deshae to be in this, I ran over there to break it up

"Stop, August get off of him" I said pushing August off him

"Bitch" August said punching me

I fell to the floor I looked at August and he stood over me with blood shot eyes, he spit blood on the ground and went back in the house.
I went over to Deshae he was getting off the ground...I was still crying, he hugged me.

"Deshae, you don't listen, I told to never come over here because this is exactly what I did not want to happen" I said into his chest

"I'm sorry, I was worried about you" He said

I turned my head and seen August in the window with his phone to his ear.

"You have to go" I said

"I'm not leaving with out you" He said

"Deshae I can't, he will come looking for me" I said

"Lic I'm not leaving you"

"Deshae, you have to his goons are gonna kill you when they get here, just go I don't want to see you hurt again" I said

"Huhhh....okay Lic, I hate leaving you here" he said

"I know, but I'll be fine, I promise...call me when you get home" I said as he got back in his car

"Okay, you better answer or I'll be back over here" He said

"I'm going to answer, now go" I said

He started the car and pulled off, I sighed cause now imma have to deal with August when I get in the house.
