Once the parents told the kids about the dinner they were having they didn't seem excited
"Okay first of all...why do they wanna see us?" Mokuro asked
"Yeah don't they hate us?" Hasura asked
"I don't feel comfortable" Shinjo said
"I know it doesn't seem like a good idea but...they're family and we have to accept them and they have to accept us" Yuzu said
"And if they don't?" Mokuro asked
"I'll kill them" Mei growled as her eyes glowed
"Ahem. If they don't then we'll leave immediately" Yuzu said
"Okay and if they do shit to us we get to do shit to them back right?" Hasura asked
"No and you need to control that mouth of yours. Just for this night" Harumin said petting her head softly
"But it's hard to control it. It just happens but I guess I can control it for one night..." Hasura said
"Good" Harumin said
"B-but...I mean...what if they do something to us? I mean we're half animals. I-I don't think they'll accept us" Misuki said
"Relax Misuki. If they do any harm just come to us. We won't be sitting far away from you kids" Maruta said
"Wait will you guys be with us?" Mokuro asked
"No. There will be a kids and adult table" Mei said
"This is not gonna end good" Shinjo said
"Don't worry. It'll be okay" Shai said ruffling his hair
"But can we still attack them back if they hurt us?" Mokuro asked
"Yes" Mei said
"No" Yuzu said
"So yes or no?" Mokuro asked
"We'll see but right now...we've got to get you kids ready" Yuzu said
"Eh? Ready? You mean hairstyles and outfits?" Mokuro asked
"Yes" Mei said
"Nooooo!" The kids said and ran away. The parents just groaned and chased after them. One by one they were caught and they started fixing them up. Mokuro growled as his hair was pulled back
"Ugh Mom this feels wierd" Mokuro groaned
"I know but we have to look our best" Yuzu said as she brushed his hair back
"I look weird!" Hasura said
"Awww you look so adorable" Harumin giggled
"She definitely looks like you" Matsuri said. Hasura blushed deeply and looked away
"I'm not adorable!" Hasura said and covered her face feeling embarrassed
"C-can I keep my curls?" Shinjo asked
"Sure why not" Shai said and played with his curls
"You know I really never seen curls like these before especially your mother's" Shai said and began playing with Himeko's curls
"Stop playing with our hair!" Shinjo and Himeko said as they blushed. Shai just giggled and smiled
"I love you both" Shai said and kissed Himeko's cheek then Shinjo's head. Misuki looked at herself in the mirror and clenched her fists tightly
"Misuki you feeling okay?" Maruta asked
"Y-yes..." Misuki replied. Mitsuko looked at her and petted her head softly
"Misuki...when we get there. I don't want you to listen to what the Taniguchis say okay?" Mitsuko asked. Misuki looked at her mom and nodded
"Y-Yes mother" Misuki said. Mitsuko leaned towards her and kissed her forehead
"You're perfect just the way you are" Mitsuko whispered
"Thanks mom" Misuki said and smiled softly. Mitsuko smiled and stroked her hair softly
"Am I wearing a dress?" Hasura asked
"Yes" Harumin said
"Yay! Can I wear a bit of make up? Please?" Hasura said
"Sure" Harumin said and smiled
"Uuuugggghhh!" Mokuro groaned loudly
"Don't move so much Mokuro" Yuzu said
"Uuuuuuugggggggghhhhhhh!!!" Mokuro groaned
"I'll let you stay up late at night and do whatever you want" Yuzu said
"Yes mother" Mokuro said. Once the kids were done they had to sit down and wait for their parents
"Ooooh Mokuro-kun is a handsome young man" Hasura giggled
"Sh-Shut up" Mokuro growled and squirmed around in his suit
"You look handsome Mokuro" Shinjo said and blushed a bit. Mokuro looked at him and smiled
"Thanks Cutie" Mokuro said
"Y-yeah whatever" Shinjo said looking away
"W-will we fit in?" Misuki asked
"Hell yeah we will. I mean we have their blood so we're part of their family" Hasura said
"Will they accept us?" Misuki asked
"Hey Misuki I think you should stop worrying too much. It'll be okay as long as you're with me" Hasura said holding her hand. Misuki blushed and nodded
"O-okay" Misuki said and blushed. The parents were done and there were three limousines waiting for them outside. The three limousines each had one symbol. The Aihara, Momokino, and Taniguchi symbol. Of course the Taniguchi limousine was bigger since they had to take more people
"We each go our separate ways?" Mokuro asked
"It seems like it" Shinjo said
"Yes! We get to stick together!" Hasura said and dragged Misuki to the limousine
"Goodbye everyone!" Mokuro said waving goodbye to the pack
"Bye young Alpha!" They replied. Mokuro hopped in the limousine and so did Shinjo in his limousine
"Alright Diane. You'll be in charge" Yuzu said
"Yes Alpha" Diane said
"And if anything happens just howl. We'll come back immediately" Yuzu said
"Understood. Take care and have fun" Diane said
"Thanks" Yuzu said
"Good luck" Shai said
"Hehe I don't need luck" Diane said. Shai giggled and ruffled her hair which made her blush
"D-don't treat me like a kid hehehe" Diane giggled
"You're so cute" Shai said
"Thanks Shai" Diane said. Shai walked away and headed over to the limousine. The others hopped inside and the drivers started to engine then drove off to the Royal Blood territory. Diane waved goodbye to them and sighed deeply
"So when will you tell her you actually love her?" Nitski asked
"Huh? Oh it's just you" Diane said
"When will you confess?" Nitski asked
"Never...she has a family" Diane said
"But you loved her ever since you laid her eyes on her. You should've been honest when you first met her. You even kissed her cheek remember?" Nitski asked
"How the hell do you know that?" Diane asked
"I tried to win Shai's heart and became a stalker. I saw you both and yeah" Nitski said
"Oh yeah...you liked her too until you met Cyndi" Diane said
"Yep! So when will you tell her?" Nitski asked
"No. There is no chance for me at all. Shai is happy with Himeko and she has a son. I'm not going to ruin her life..." Diane said
"So how come you haven't killed Himeko yet?" Nitski asked
"Because whenever I see Shai smile and laugh...it makes me feel happy to see her happy. Even though my love for her keeps growing...I won't ruin her relationship. If she's happy then I'm happy" Diane said
"Huh? You're incredible. Others would probably kill their mate just to get the one they love but you're different" Nitski said
"That's why I'm special" Diane giggled
"Whatever" Nitski said and left. Diane looked up at the sky and sighed deeply
Oh Shai...sometimes I wish you would notice me but...that's bad. I don't want to be a bad person like the others who ended up getting killed. I'll be your best friend forever...so please stay by my side forever. Your smile...you perfect crystal blue eyes...your white long hair....and your voice. You mean so much to me...Shai
